OMG, I just have to rave about Burger King! ?? Seriously, their burgers are out of this world delicious! Juicy patties, fresh veggies, and that special sauce... it's like heaven in a bun! And let's not forget about their crispy fries, always perfectly seasoned. Plus, the service is super friendly and quick, which is a huge bonus when you're craving a tasty meal on the go. Trust me, Burger King never disappoints! ??

I never have an issue here except sometimes the employees are rude for no reason. Today I got food and they messed everything up. They put a bunch of random stuff on the burgers and gave the wrong drink. A plain cheeseburger doesnt need ketchup mustard and pickles. The lady was especially rude today for no reason at all. Tried to talk to her to ask her to fix the order and she closed the window and turned away

This location was horribly understaffed, and I felt terrible for the three people working during the lunch rush on a Sunday. However, they were more professional than I would have been under the circumstances. We had to wait a long time, but what can you do? The food was very tasty and came out hot. They were doing a great job balancing drive thru and lobby. If they don't get these folks some more help though, it's going to be a mess - nobody can keep up that pace without more help.

This place is awful. First, the girl behind the counter had something in her mouth, so she was smacking in my face whilst not being able to get my order correct. Then, as I'm waiting on my food, the manager or whatever he is, pitched a fit because his people weren't doing what they were supposed to. He stormed through the restaurant cursing and slamming the door on the way out to take food to a car. Then, after waiting damn near 30 minutes on a double whopper with cheese and bacon, no pickle, it finally comes out with no bacon and pickles on it. Unbelievable. The general manager needs to find a new job.

It amazes me how it seems that every day that customer service just keeps going out of the window, it just keeps getting worse everyday, what happened to the customer is always right, those days are going away very quickly, it not the customers fault if you place an order and the restaurant employee gets it wrong then tries to compensate you and you tell them you will just take care of it in the morning since your at a truck stop, and they say that's fine, then you go in the morning to try and take care of the order and they basically call you a liar loud enough in front of the whole restaurant that they can all hear it because the employee didn't write it down, that is not the customers fault because the employee was incompetent. Thanks for the embarrassment.
