One of the bartenders, Andres, who was making our drinks used to work at a Michelin star bar and really showed it.He even made us custom cocktails when asked and was very nice to talk to.The atmosphere is very cute and very Instagrammable.The only thing is you have to use wifi because the bar is underground and there's no signal but other than that will definitely be going back.”

I glanced at their menu main items and their prices seemed high. Manager/owner and helper were polite and friendly. Great efficient service. Good restaurant atmosphere. “This was our second time visiting. The first was two years ago. I'm pleased to say I would give 5 stars then, and 5 stars now. The service was great from the time we entered until we walked out. I can't remember the drink I had but was a "spirit free" option. I was nervous because it had cinnamon, but was perfectly refreshing. My husband had the optimal wit beer. We had the Pork belly for our appetizer that was nothing short of delicious. We both had steak, he had a ribeye and I had the filet. Perfectly cooked and worth the price. We were too full for dessert this time but will be back and save room!”

“We went to check out the new Padaek in Arlington after having been to the Falls Church location a few times. This one is nice, service is amazing, and the food is good. Buuuuuuttttt, it's different...I like my food spicy, and knew to order it "Lao spicy". When it arrived at the table, I could see that it just had a bunch of chilis added. This gives it a bit of spice, but is more like a level 3 out of 5. It was just lacking the heat as when ordering spicy at the other location. Obviously, they don't want to overwhelm their guests with spice, but if you're asking for that level of heat, you obviously want it. Oh well...it's good, and the flavors are tasty...but the other location feels more authentic.”

We had a egg and cheese on a bagel, a breakfast burrito, and a smoothie.The service is fantastic, everyone working behind the counter is so friendly.The food was prepared quickly and was hot and fresh. They also offer smoothies, assorted beverages, coffee, espresso drinks, and even have beers and sake. The atmosphere is like a really cute little deli with a few tables and a sushi bar.The prices are very reasonable for the quality and portions, we're definitely planning to come back for breakfast sometime and want to try their Japanese lunch options. The food is excellent, the service is impeccable, and the sommeliers are incredible (really, ask them anything about any of the wines). We both had the chef's tasting with the wine pairing and were perfectly satiated at the end. The portions are on-point. We told our waiter the occasion we were celebrating and anyone who visited our table expressed congratulations and brought an extra special complimentary dessert at the end. We had a 7:00 reservation and arrived a bit early so we were able to watch the ducks come back to the pond as the gloaming fell and it was kinda magical. We'll definitely be back.”
