I go here about 2-3 times a month. They aren't bad. Coffee and food are good. Avocado toast and the grilled cheese usually aren't toasted. I asked for a drink once that contained cinnamon sugar and was told it was no longer available with no other alternatives to offer. But they had cinnamon, sugar, and coffee....

Went into the restaurant today and it was freezing in there. No heat at all and the employees looked freezing . Shame on the manager for letting them work in those conditions . Must not care for the employees at all !!!

I love Dunkin but I’m really sick of the coffee being packed with ice and still not even close to being full. Just not a fan of not getting a full coffee.

We ordered two boxes of coffee and left a callback number. When we arrived, the order wasn't ready, and there was only one box of coffee available. And they were not very polite or apologetic about their substandard service.
