Slipping more and more. Orders have been less and less accurate, being asked to pull forward or park ends up resulting in having to go back in for something missed more often than not recently. Staff is always polite and it's clean inside, but drive thru seems less of a convenience anymore.

Ordered a filet o fish without cheese and got cheese. Ordered a shamrock shake and didn't get it. Had to wait on side for that. French fries had a small portion burnt. They seemed more concerned with the drive thru customers than the ones that came in.

I worked there,the G.M is a 19 year old ,who doesn't have any leadership skills,and because I complained, about the way it's not being cleaned,they wanted to fire me,but couldn't because I always done my job,and they could care less about people of color,which means if you don't act like a slave,they are really nasty people

Friendly staff, unlike many McDonald's locations. Super quick service, even though we came at a busier time. Fries were fresh, and had the perfect amount of salt.Parking: Lots of mobile order pickup spots, not as many regular parking spots, but still a decent amountKid-friendliness: Every kid loves McDonald's

Traveled half way across country had not eaten all day. Grabbed two triple cheese burgers and two medium fry for spouse and I to share with the doggos. $18 bucks, no drinks. Works out to almost $5 for each triple burger or med fry. That's bad! Can anyone point me to a Culver's or Whataburger????? Dang even Fudruckers would be a better deal. Burger was tasty tho but fries too salty. Staff coult be a tad friendlier.
We went through the drive and it was fast yes but it was so fast that we didn't have any time to ask a question or check our meal. I originally asked for the classic Big Mac pack ,seeing as the app had it available for this location. I was told they didn't do any shareables which isn't that big of a deal, but I wanted to ask and make sure since the app had it available. We weren't given even a second beyond handing back our card or handing out food before the window closed or the worker left. Again okay not that big of a deal, but what really upset me is the fact that we didn't even have all of our food in the bag or our dipping sauce. If you are gonna be fast and lack customer service you have to have the accuracy to match it. This drive through wasn't even that busy, I don't quite know about the inside. But I hope this post causes the workers to take a little bit of extra pride in their work and promote accuracy of meal completion.

Nothing really bad. Looked like all the crew members were working together, which I like seeing. Only thing wrong was when I got to my car, I was missing a sandwich. Went back inside and quickly received it. Guess whoever is the runner did not accurately count the items after bagging.

The customer service was average at best. We specifically asked for no ketchup and they even put it on the receipt but that wasn't enough. There was enough ketchup on our burgers to smother a meatloaf.
