The food was typical Subway. I ate a 6" meatball sub on Italian herb and cheese bread, jalapeño chips, and a coke.The person preparing my food wasn't very personable. I greeted her when I walked up to the counter but I wasn't greeted in return. I'm someone who feels more valued as a customer when I receive a smile and a greeting. Not busy when we went in, but 2 more customers came before we left. Ordered a foot long chicken bacon ranch to share, but weren't watching close enough. Didn't realize till we left and were eating it that he forgot the bacon! Ugh. So that's worth deducting a star in my book! Otherwise, clean, and close to Rt. 81.

We placed an order for pickup, using the Subway website. Three sandwiches, and each one was wrong. Whether it was the website or the staff I'll never know, but I've ordered there before in person and it was fine. Moral of the story, order in person.
