Not hearing impaired friendly. Music is to loud where they cannot hear the associates who speak to quiet, and it seems as if on purpose.When asked to repeat what they said they seem rather annoyed.On a professional standpoint, with multiple complaints from other reviewers, maybe utilize what customers are saying.

We actually really like the drinks here, but the last time we went here was pretty bad! They had messed up a few drinks in front of us, so it took 25 minutes just to get our drinks. And of course when we finally got ours, mine was messed up. I ordered a large drink, but was given a medium. So, instead of actually fixing it, they poured my medium into a large cup and added a bunch of ice to it. It was literally clear from the halfway point up. It was super disappointing! Just own up to your mistakes next time and treat your customers better. That really sucked.

Ordered a dirty chai and a coconut chai, and they were both good. They were friendly and courteous. The guy at the drive-thru was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient in explaining the menu. This place is a lot like Dutch bros. It's cheaper than Starbucks.

This is normally my go to coffee spot. To the point that some of the workers know my order. I've been going to since they've opened. I come here every day sometimes twice, but the lady that worked tonight. I'm not sure what her name was It was the first time seeing her. But she was very nasty and rude.And obviously had an attitude issue.A literally had to lean halfway out of my window just to use my card to pay.

We love this coffee place. They are quick especially when they have a line. We have come through many times, this tinw they were very busy and we had a new employee help us. She was very kind and cheerful. She did ring our order to another line which caused some confusion.But as I told the cashier who got it straight, the employees there are so wonderful we didn't even mind the mistake.Love this place.
