We had the cheddar fish sandwich at thr Arby's near College Dr in Suffolk and it was delicious. It had sliced cheese! Tonight we stopped at the location off Victory. This location 'slathered' the fish in cheese dip. We did not know there were options and the young lady didn't ask/offer information. The sandwiches were terrible and messy! Won't visit this location again.

We were ignored by staff for 8 minutes before we chose to leave since no one would take our order. They were too concerned with the 3 cars in drivethru then the crowd of 4 or 5 parties in the lobby all waiting to

App wouldn't work when it came down to paying. Just kept saying technical difficulties. Then I go to the front where the employees are no where to be seen. Crowd of 7-9 people waiting around. They wouldn't take our orders. They would only work on the cars in the drive thru. Finally everyone just walked out without service. Never again.
Rude rude rude workers. Food tastes weird. It’s like they cooked the cheese sticks and then put them under a heat lamp. My Beef and cheddar was good tho.

This location use to be great. Lately it’s gone downhill and keeps going downhill. The inside is always closed, so you can only go through the drive thru. The attitude you get is horrible. Seems like no one wants to work. The employees chillin inside watching videos instead of taking your order (don’t leave your mic on where everyone can hear). You have employees / people sitting on the front counter chatting it up. The worse part is after going through all that, the food is horrible. The meat tasted old, falling apart and looked like it was the bottom scraps from last week. I wouldn’t feed it to my dog. Unfortunately I love Arby’s, but I have no appetite for it anymore.
