Pretzel was nice and large! I loved that it wasn't hard or overcooked. I got the original salted pretzel which was good but it was too buttery. My hands were covered in butter and it was so buttery you could literally taste just the butter in some spots. I will try the cinnamon sugar one next time! Staff was really friendly and seemed to enjoy their job! Location is so convenient in the mall too! Not too far from the food court!

1/23/23 Unprofessional, Unprepared and Unaware. These 4 young women in the kiosk fooled no one., it was obvious they did not know what they were doing. They got my daughters money but I was not going to just hand them money then wait for 30 mins for a pretzel and a drink. When she finally received her pretzel it looked like a biscuit and the Rep explained that their pretzels dont come premade and had the nerve to be short with me because I requested my daughters money back. My advice is to you young ladies either learn your business or loose your business. The tell sign for me is when you all were grouped together looking at the the dough like the pretzel was going to make itself that's when I knew to walk away.

Horrible customer service! Asked for a refill after my cup was filled with ice. Was told they don’t do refills. I recommended they put some type of sign up because it took me 2 minutes to finish my drink. Manager was very rude about it.

Always a delight at any location. Back in High School I worked at the one in the King of Prussia mall. Something have not changed. This location is right in front of the food court. The staff is nice and they work hard. They do their best to deliver freshness. I always get an original with a cheese dip and a lemony to wash it all down. I love it when there is some brown crispy goodness on the bottom of the pretzel made by the salt solution they dip it in before going on the oven. I love the cinnamon sugar with glaze.

TMobile offered a free pretzel from here on Tue. We got our free items. But we would Not recommend this place! We had an email for another free pretzel, but they said we had to wait 4 hours before we could get the next free item. Really? The pretzels we had seemed like they were cooked too long! They seem real thick. The cinnamon pretzel was not really good and the sweet glaze dip was WAY too sweet! We threw it away. So we go back (not 4 hours) but a couple days later for the other free items. We get it, and wanted to pay for other items. She charges us for something we did not ask for (we said pretzel dog she gives us mini pretzel dogs). When we bring it to her attention she does not even apologize. That is rude and not good customer service! The mini pretzel dogs seems to be overcooked (they looked a little burnt on the bottom). We have had better pretzels around the corner from them at another vendor not in the food court. Not impressed with Anne's! Most pretzels from other places melt in your mouth. Not from here. We decided we will not go here again.

For most of my Yelp reviews, they have been for local spots either for dine-in or takeout. But occasionally, I'll order food from franchises. With this place, it was two recent orders via delivery through DoorDash which arrived on schedule. Lets dig in! For both orders, I picked the pretzel bites in the regular size with honey mustard for dipping. My girlfriend ordered a regular pretzel (3 times) and a garlic and parmesean pretzel On one order, I chose to try them with no salt. For both delivery orders, both came fresh and hot. And both definitely filled me up for the evening when I was involved with Yelp Virtual events. As far as the order with no salt goes, it was OK. I honestly prefer salt on mine, which the first order was perfect. But I won't hit a strike on the star review for it. Overall, not a bad setup. We will continue to from here often.

So I had a taste for some pretzels and decided to make a pet stop. While placing my order, I was advised only 1 was ready and I had to wait for the other. No problem. However, the older adult that was working with the 2 high school associates was really rude. I felt sorry for the 2 younger ones. Just snapping back to them was very uncalled for. Maybe she should have called off work if she was in a bad mood. Very unprofessional lady. Fix your attitude!!!

I worked here for a few days in 1999. They trained me and had me work for a few days. Without reason I was fired and never paid. When I asked the manager she said we decided we didnt need another employee and we never put you in the system so you dont get a paycheck since were not filling the position anymore. I made pretzels for another pretzel company for 2 years. I was a good worker. I wasnt late. I didnt do anything wrong. They owe me 3 days pay still.

There was a hair in the bottom of my cup so I asked to have some fresh ones. They literally threw two fresh nuggets into the same dirty cup. The manager was hostile and rude about the whole situation. She was more interested in talking to her friends than serving customers.
