They really have poor customer service at this location! I’ve gone to this location three times and it never fails every time even though I’m next in line, they always skip over me and go for the next person! At this point, I’ll just go to Hampton for ice cream because that has never happened at the Hampton location!

I wanted a double scoop of lemon custard! The top looked gross! It was gummy looking and I thought I saw a hair . My aunt wasn't impressed with anything either. We left so disappointed. They need to cover the icecream while it's slow! I wish I'd thought to take a picture ???

I ordered an ice cream cake for my son's birthday. The ice cream was supposed to be cookies & cream and I received oreo. Not that big a deal however the chocolate cake part was extremely dry and dehydrated. Very disappointing. I could have had a tastier ice cream cake from a grocery store.

Stopped for a shake. The girl working was making something for another customer. She took a dirty shake blender container from the sink and poured out the milky looking dirty water and used it. Didn't even rinse it. Customer service and cleanliness has really dropped recently. I will never go there again.

I'm a big fan of Cappuccino Blast. Have been a loyal customer before Pandemic hits. I went to the store a couple of times in 2022. The Blast tasted bad with no flavor at all. Just some coffee flavor iced water. Went there last Saturday when my grandson visited us. The boy that made the blast tasted so good and I decided to get some more today. To my disappointment, today's cappuccino Blast has gone back to flavorless iced water. Can't tell that there's icecream in there. The inconsistency of the quality drives customers away. I've decided not to go back again to this store and thought other customers should know about this too.

Baskin Robbins was absolutely amazing! The ice cream was delicious and the people who work there are awesome as well! Welcoming, polite, courteous and just all around awesome! Definitely would go back and recommend to everyone!

On August 14, my husband and I went to get a banana spilt and sundae. We paid fifteen dollars and the scoops were very small. We will not ruthenium, cold stone next time. The manager a oriental lady was in the back ground informing the cashier to only put one scoop of nuts on a $7.00 banana spilt.
On Saturday, July 30, 2022 at about 6:00 p.m. my wife and I visited this Baskin-Robbins location. We each ordered a hot fudge sundae. The worse we have ever had. No way was that hot fudge they put on the sundaes. It was a thin chocolate liquid of some type. When they pumped it on the ice cream it appeared thicker than chocolate milk but thinner than Hershey's chocolate syrup. Definitely not hot fudge. It did not taste like hot fudge and actuallly detracted from the taste of the ice cream instead of enhancing it. I have had my share of hot fudge sundaes from Baskin-Robbins over my many years and know what one should look and taste like. I personally feel this store is trying to cut corners to save money. They also put very little whipped cream on the sundaes and just a very few nuts. Again, the store seems to be skimping to save money. Don't go here to get your ice cream fix. You will likely be very disappointed like we were. I will certainly take my money elsewhere next time. Shame on this store!!!

Ordered Cappuccino to go. It was flavorless, just slushy ice. Either he forgot to put ice cream in there or not put enough as was supposed to. The manager should have some quality control.

The store was well kept and the staff was very friendly. I orderd chocolate ice cream with peanuts. When I got home and opened my ice cream it was almonds. I wasn't happy about it but I ate it anyways. Easy mistake and really not a big deal. I ate around the almonds. Not the end of the world for me but maybe for the next customer.

Ordered a photo cake on line, and followed all directions for cropping and uploading picture. The website shows you your final picture choice to assure you have it correct. When we picked up the cake, the heads of two people were chopped off!The cake maker was called who emailed the picture he received, which was not how it was sent. The hostess told us to “take it or leave it”.My recommendation would be to avoid this store for any cake orders.
