I ordered through here from Door Dash and my order was missing half of the orders. I can't tell you how upset I was when I got the $150 order (because door dash adds a whole family meal worth of charges) and most of my kids orders were not included. I called and Mama Bo made it right. I have never had the support that this woman gave me at any restaurant locally. She is a great lady and made my experience one of the best I've had when dealing with order delivery mess ups. I got rid of Door Dash. Too many messed up orders.

The food here has been excellent most of the time. The service in the atmosphere are lacking if You're expecting on upbeat attitude and warm welcome. However the staff is polite and the orders are always accurate, just a little slower than most Bojangles.
