Pizza was alright. The girl that stood cashier lacks customer service!! She also has an attitude when I asked her for some parmesan cheese. She only gave me one small container of it and slammed it on the counter with an attitude. I don't understand like she does not know how to work under pressure. Because of her customer service, I give this place 2 star!

Confused... Called and ordered pizza from number on Google, drove to the address from Google, and ended up at UR Pizza. The number and address is UR Pizza, not Bravo's Pizza.

I was extremely disappointed. We ordered a cheese pizza, a chicken parmigiana pizza, garlic Knotts, and pizza fries.Every single item was burned and not eatable. We choked down what we could and threw away the rest. $45 wasted. I don't know if it was just them not caring because they were about to close, but literally no one in the house would eat it. The cheese was burned, the knotts were hard and burned. The fries in the pizza fries tasted like they backed them directly from the freezer, and were not cooked before heating up. I tried calling them 15 minutes before they closed and no one would pick up. Truly the worst pizza order I have ever had. They were worse than sunrise pizza and that is saying something .

Pizza was 30 mins late. Arrived luke warm at best...had to reheat in the oven. The pizza is not NY style and tastes like ellios from the freezer section. I'm shocked people left 5 stars saying this was good pizza...go try Vinnie's.

I ordered a regular pepperoni pizza with a coke. Got a meatlovers pizza with a pepsi. Pizza was slimy and undercooked. I had hope for bravo pizza, I am disappointed now and definitely going somewhere else for my pizza pie needs. It was seriously a beginner level delivery but couldnt meet the standards. If you want a delicious pizza, go to damn food lion and get a digiorno pizza. Guarantee it will be better than bravo.

Dont delivered to the door, but can drop 10 flyers at my door step, that advertise free delivery but add conditions when you call to place orders. Too much hassle and extremely poor customer service.

The food is very delicious, I been looking for a place like this since we move to Newport News on 2016 and I didn’t know about this place until I got their menus in my house and I wanted to go check it with my husband and we loved it the staffs are very friendly and they have the greatest food in the town. Highly recommend to everyone!
