Really disappointed in the food at this location. Fries were cold and soggy; not at all normal for BK fries. Burger was ok but the Hershey pie tasted old.

The breakfast burrito from this place is the best. I do not know what makes this location different, but they do the best job with the food. I only wish they would make it to where we could get the breakfast burrito past 10:30a est so we could have it more often.

So much potential, and I miss the “have it your way motto”. Even if I request my burger “made to order”, the best I get it a precooked burger that’s been sitting in a hot steam box, but everything else is fresh.

Used to go to the one on jefferson avenue but they closed down Good riddance! burgers buns stale food tastes like
I went thru the drive thru yesterday because I was short on time and needed to be somewhere. The cheeseburger was horrible. The bun was old and hard and was very dark in color. The whole cheeseburger was cold. Fries weren't much better. I took two bites and threw it away. With the price of fast food these days I just literally threw $12 away. Very disappointed. I don't know how they keep customers with nasty food like that.

The Burger King on J Clyde Morris Blvd. in Newport News is great. The food preparers actually take time to read your customizations on the app order and pride themselves on getting your order right. I bypass all of the other Burger King locations and travel from Hampton to this location because of their attention to detail and their courtesy.
