Chicken always fresh and taste the same every time. Always good and crispy. Service is always pleasant. Friendly staff and nice attitude. The wait is a lil long but not extreme. Still my go to chicken spot close to home. Thanks chic-A-Sea. ?

Slow service. I ordered a meal of guizzards and liver, fries, and drink. Oh, I was so amazed by the size of the livers. When i looked at it closer. Is beef liver NOT chicken liver. Chicken-a-sea needs to be clear of what they are selling on the menus. In the menus, it doesn't say anything about beef liver or any other liver. It took 15 min. For my order to be ready. They need to hire another 2 more personal. They need to wear hair nets also.The Newport News health inspector needs to visit the joint.
