I always come here and get the same thing and today i asked for a med Mac n cheese. When I got home which I literally live not even 2 min from there. It looks like they scrapped the bottom of the pan. There was barely any cheese and a lot of burn Mac. We also ordered a coffee with cream and sugar and even said the amount twice. Nope none of that. Not sure what is going on but it has been hit or miss. Rather go somewhere else. Before I moved from Hampton I use to drive all the way out here yo this one cause the other one is lacking. Now this one is too

Every time I order chicken sandwich from this location I get very small peace of chicken(2.5 oz of chicken ) half my sandwich is just bun lettuce and tomato what’s going on with chicken-filet

Every time I come to This chic Fila a they mess my whole order up . How is it possible. So today I ask for chick Fila deluxe with coby cheese NO pickles Large meal . And they gave me the opposite spicy thank God I'm not allergic ? with pickles which I can't consume pickles. Go back to get my order corrected I get attitude after I express it while ordering please make sure it no pickles on it . Med fries in place of a large fries which I ask for a large meal and pay for it and still turn out and gave me a med . I don't if the ppl in this build can't read or just don't care. But I will no longer be coming to this one . Need to do better. 2 days in a row they mess up the order

Normally the food is great and normally I get a good portion. This can't be a medium fruit cup. I looks like a small size portion fruit cup in a medium cup.
I don’t come here often, but when I do I always see Ms. Sherry & a young man named Robert, i walked in & I didn’t see them thinking they were off today, but I in fact did see them! Ms. Sherry is always a delight to speak with. Even though I’m not over here often, I remember her and that’s how much of an impact she leaves. Robert always gives fast service with no issue!

I love chick-fil-a. I went what I thought was a drive tru but was for pick up orders only. Once your in the line- your stuck until you get thru it. Went in and just like that my experience changed. Sherry waited on her, what a sweet kind soul. I have been staying at the hospital with my mom, she saw my name tag, called me by my name. Which I was so tired I was amazed she knew my name. Asked about my love one. On that day, it took just one person to change mine. I hugged her and thanked her for kindness. She made my day. Thank you, if you see this. I truly appreciate you.

Staff were friendly, unfortunately it took a long time to get through the drive-thru and then they ended up giving me the wrong meal which I didn't notice until I got to work and could not leave. The meal they gave me was cheaper than what I had ordered so a little bummed to have lost money when food is already expensive.
