ONE FLUSHING STAR DOWN THE TOILETI ordered for delivery not expecting much.. needless to say they exceeded my expectations of the worst Chinese food I'd ever eaten.I am brought the the question of who these other reviews are from because this couldn't be the same place..House Fried Rice: mysterious meat chicken pieces that leaves you wondering, confetti chopped meat portions, shrimp that definitely needed a colon cleansing and rice that tastes like it was soaked in the creases of a 600lb man as he attempted to walk a flight of stairs. Oh and the veggies were definitely stolen out of a cup-o-noodles box, not really, but sure tasted like it.4pc Chicken Wings and Fries: I tried to play it safe and also something really difficult to mess up. I guess China King said challenge accepted because aside from the fries being limp and greasy like a lonely man on Valentines Day the chicken definitely tasted like it died with resentment and anger in its heart knowing it'd be served up at China KingEggroll: have you ever received a paperbag of greasy food and wondered what all the juices that soaked the bag would taste like.. well wonder no more. How can something be both greasy and dry.China King should remove the crown and just call itself "China Alleyman" because there's simply nothing kingly or exquisite about the tastes and textures. I'd give this experience one flushing star down the toilet

Ordered general Tao shrimps it was absolutely Gross, I have no idea why they decided to start putting coating on the shrimps rather than just stir fry the plain shrimps with the general tao sauce that's how it use to be do they make it like that so it looks like more ,had to peel all the coating off of the shrimp got so frustrated I threw it out I will never order it again my husband's food was okay he had beef and broccoli seemed to enjoy it what a waste of $15.00

We did take out, got the bourbon chicken with white rice, pork fried rice, and an egg roll. Hands down best we’ve had in the area, and very reasonable prices!! Definitely going to be our new takeout spot.

This use to be my favorite place to eat Chinese until today. Omg I got some cube things that suppose to be chicken. Omg one bite and know it's not real chicken nor was it processed chicken. I open up one cube which was tuff as leather. Real fine meat. May have been rat. I waited 18. NEVER AGAIN. I NEED TO KNOW WHAT IM EATING.

Normally when I go here they're very friendly and courteous. Today wasn't a good day. The lady was really happy getting the guys order who came in after I ordered my food. We have to do better with customer service no matter who owns the establishment or not. Very disappointed and don't know if I'm returning.

Hi. I ordered the bourbon chicken combo today and this is the second time, different restaurant, I've tried to order it since living in Newport News. It was a mall favorite where I'm from in Baltimore, MD and I have to say it has been a disappointing search for a comparable version of this very satisfying treat when done right. The quality of the chicken pieces, the sauce, nor the rice comes anywhere close to the level I have had the good fortune to experience this dish at. I was really hoping that I wouldn't have to resort to learning how to cook it myself, but if the places in this area can't do better... gotta do what I gotta do. So sad...I really had high hopes for this area. Too much unrealized potential. This is not the first time I've come across this issue here...it's getting old for real.

I ordered fried scallops separate and added it to the plate. There is no dine in option. Ordering to go is fast with good service from staff.Highly recommend this restaurant!!!

We tried this place Monday due to the reviews. What a mistake! My daughter and I got food poisoning. We are still home sick 4 days later. Never again, don't recommend. It tasted awful and we didn't finish anything we ordered.
