Awful experience. Went in around 8pm on a Thursday night to pick up our online order. We arrived 20 minutes after the pickup time and they hadn’t started making it yet. They ran out of queso, chips, lettuce, and guac with no plans to make more?? The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful with getting a refund (had to do it via the app). Also they refused to take walkin customers and turned people away, telling them to order online. Won’t be back!!

Rice was overcooked and mushy. Chips weren't fried all the way I'd say 1/4 were were still flimsy. I don't generally eat at this location because the food quality is usually poor. Do yourself a favor and spend your money at any other tex mex place around here.

If you hate your job then quit. Don't take it out on a couple of teenagers. You treated them bad from the moment they walked it. So much so my daughter decided to not order anything. Now what you don't realize is she has a credit card and trust me she knows how to use it. She knows how to order and knows how to tip. Do you know not only did you upset her friend when you threw his burrito at him. But you have lost good paying business. Places don't stay in business acting in such away. Learn how to train the employees. Also keep a eye on how one acts with customers. Same on this type of behavior.

probably the worst chipotle in the 757. I placed my order and they gave me wrong order. When I went back they couldn’t find my order and say there was nothing they can do. Mind you !!! My parents just went the night before and they are vegetarians so they can’t get much but they were pretty much out of everything but beans and rice so they filled their bowls up with just beans and rice without telling them they were missing any items till after they handed them the food! Then the manager once again said there’s nothing he can do. Management is horrible and employees can’t comprehend. Do yourself a favor don’t go here.

It was hard to find per instructions by Google for someone who doesn’t live there but I asked and someone helped me find it. It could have been a little cleaner, like the person preparing my food there was rice and tomatoes and sauce everywhere and it was on the bottom of my bowl. Also I feel like the people food was left open for too long sitting there waiting on the second person to finish the bowl so i waited till it cleared out to order. Besides that it was nice the employees were nice and I enjoyed my food! I have to remember not to get that extra scoop of rice each time lolVegetarian options: You can get a veggie bowl or burritoParking: Parking lot is weird but there was parking options
I just started a eating chipotle and my first experience about 2 weeks at I went to the Hampton location and literally fell in love with it to the point I ate my entire bowl that was double steak, rice, pico, sour cream, lettuce and that spicy red sauce(which I loved) only to come to this location where service was horrible I told this man steak for both my bowls for him to put chicken & steak in one after letting him know I DID NOT want chicken but of course he did what he wanted and to get home and this mess is disgusting! Nothing about it is fresh & in highly dissatisfied I definitely will never be back to this location
these 2 workers are simply unprofessional but the one on the left needs to be fired. she is nasty and rude and nothing but attitude. everyone that walked up to pay was met with smart remarks or rolling eyes. ask her for anything and get nothing but bucking behavior which is all bark and absolutely zero bite. the food at the location is hit or miss but i'm just going to choose something else to eat the next time i'm in the mall

Workers were rude af workers seemed like they didn’t wanna be there and didn’t wanna do their job correctly, threw my food at the counter, forgot an item never got my chips with cheese, place was really dirty messy place,kids running around and almost dropped my food if I could rate it 0 out of 5 I would.

We were greeted at the door by by a dirty dining room. Outdoor dining area seemed to be a trash catch for the mall. Servers were friendly and answered all questions but didn't seem to take pride in their work. Serving area appeared messy. Food was not what we had hoped. Most options were heavy with cilantro. Chips were stale and dip sauce texture was off. Our experience was less than disappointing. We no longer have the desire to visit Chipotle's.
