STR8 RAZoR

Ordered delivery directly from the Chipotle website after two attempts from Door Dash ended in “cancelled”. The order arrived missing HALF of the items ordered and when we called the restaurant we got an automated system and could not speak to anyone. The food here is already mediocre but add the extremely poor service and this was a HUGE waste of time and money. You got us this time Chipotle, but never again.

On multiple occasions this location is out of ingredients during evening hours. Since this has happened numerous times you would think they would increase the amount of stock they buy in order to have all the ingredients available. Huge let down Chipotle.

Very unprofessional, dirty environment and rude employees. Forgot to give me a top, and didn’t know how to multitask. A lot was going on at once and the employee taking my order rushed and made my food and didn’t give me what I wanted. Worst chipotle I’ve been to. The lady at the register was rude and didn’t acknowledge me at all and didn’t even tell me how much my order was and was just staring at me until I put my card in. Management needs to do better managing the employees and keeping the environment clean.

Rude staff, the place was disgusting and the food was ice cold. First time at this location and the last.. hire some workers that have a little respect for paying customers.. I bet if they were to get an inspection they would be shut down immediately.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!! IF I COULD ZERO STARS THATS EXACTLY WHAT IT WOULD BE ACROSS THE BOARD!! THEY DESERVE NOTHING MORE THAN A ZERO. NASTY EVERYTHING ON MONDAY FEB 26TH AROUND 2:15PM ONE EMPLOYEE WHO STARTED OUT TAKING OUR ORDER THROUGH HER HANDS UP YELLED FOR ANOTHER EMPLOYEE AND WALKED OFF RITE IN THE MIDDLE OF SLOPPING THAT ICE COLD RICE AND CHICKEN IN OUR BOWL, SHE SAID IM DONE SOMEONE ELSE TAKE OVER, YEP THAT REALLY DID HAPPEN!! I SAID WHAT IN THIS WORLD? NO RESPONSE FROM OTHER EMPLOYEES I LOOKED AT MY MOTHER AND SAID WE SHOULD PROBABLY LEAVE AN NOT EAT HERE, MY MOM SAID NO IT WILL BE OK.. When I arrived the line was long which is usual. But what was alarming is the line that was forming to the left of me they apparently ran out of chicken. After standing there for almost 35 minutes when I got closer to the counter I heard the lady saying she had to do her online orders… I’m scratching my head because I’m like well when are we going to be able to put our order in. She showed me a stack of what looked like 20 plus online orders I laughed and said you got to be kidding me why should we have to stay in line while you complete online orders and we just wait! There should have been some kind of flow take one guest then do an online order not let the line inside wrap around the store! Absolutely ridiculous! No apology for the wait no nothing just looked at us like they were clueless!

Five out of the six times I've come to this Chipotle they're out of onions and peppers. It's only 5pm, but I've tried at all times of the day. If I'm going to pay $12 for a bowl of rice, I'd better have the choice of peppers and onions.Please hire an effective manager.

You all do not have enough people to be doing DoorDash and online ordering, I came in to order food and you got 15 people lined up to order and 15 people lined up waiting for DoorDash/their online order. So the average amount of time you spend waiting for your food or waiting to order is like 35 minutes, unbelievably

When I tell you this Chipotle never has anything and consistently has you waiting for an order they marked as ready for pickup for 10-20 minutes after you show up depending on the day or time you walk in. Not to mention if you walk in there’s a high chance you’ll be told no more walk ins rudely and have to place an order on the app to then be told they don’t have something you already paid for. I don’t know why I waste my money time or patience with them because it never changes. Every order I place through the app is always wrong or missing something so you can’t order inside or online. It’s like how is this place still running with such poor customer service and management.

This place is horrible. They are rude and they always run out of items. If you complain all they want to do is give you free Chipotle. I don’t want that. I want my money back!! I’m not going out my way to another Chipotle. This one is closer to me. If they wouldn’t eat what they serve why then would they serve it to customers. If they can’t fix it correctly they should refund it immediately. That says a lot about whoever manages this place. Honestly just make a trip to Hampton if you want Chipotle.

Walked in waiting for someone to help me. I must of waited a good 5 mins until finally someone came. After ordering I waited another 5 mins until the cashier checked me out. She was fixing the forks and spoons. Restocking as I waited and watched her. I thought this was rude especially knowing other people was waiting behind me. She took her slow sweet time.
