Went today and there was one worker didn't seem like his customer service skills were at par. I ordered a hotdog and pretzel sticks and got them home and the hotdogs was dry the bread was hard and gross and the pretzels were also hard unevenly salted and over all just bad

Stood in line for 15 minutes just for them to say that aren't selling anything but regular cones. The staff broke the entire operation down at 8 pm even though they don't close until 9 pm.

When we ordered out drinks there was a nice younger blonde worker who told us we could have 1 refill on our drinks. When we went back to the counter the foreign female manager stated they don't give out free refills, and insinuated I was lying about being told I could have a refill on my drink. She needs to learn better customer service or be fired.

I have been to this DQ branch many times and not a single time that I see a smiling employee. Worst was yesterday when I ordered three items for my kids and when I am about to pay using my apple pay I almost flip my phone when he said with irritated voice that they don’t do apply pay. My daughter and I looked at each other while I was pulling CC from my wallet. I then ask the guy with a smiling face and patient voice why he sounds so angry? He then probably realize he was acting a little bit off so he then apologize. Think twice and check for other nearby DQ I suggest.

the guy who gave us our orders wasn’t wearing any kind of gloves and it was a really weird interaction. idk how to feel about it because we are in a pandemic and idk the policies for sanitation there but yea
