TERRIBLE. Zero stars if I could...ordered a pizza for a customer lunch at 10:54 and was told it would be delivered by 11:30. Called at 11:50 and got an automated message saying my delivery was en route. I held on the line and the lady told me that the pizza had not left and she was the only one working and with only one driver. That's great, but unfortunately not my problem. Had I known that up front, I could have arranged to have the order picked up. Instead, I look like an idiot in front of customers. On top of that, I'm still expected to pay a delivery charge...I did get a credit for the pizza I believe but that's not even the point.

In the last 5 years when I order pizza to be delivered,I always order from Domino's. There pizzas have gotten better and better through the years! The new spices they put on the pizzas are awesome. The person who takes the orders on the phone is always very nice and they always get order correct and they say 30 min it is usually here in 30 min.

Both of our orders from this Domino's Pozza location were wrong (some were completely missing sauce), and since we ordered delivery, there isn't much that can be done unless you want to wait another two hours for a replacement (and risk it being wrong again). We had to throw out half of our last order because it wasn't edible. Guess we should try a different company!
Dont order here unless you want salmonella. Ordered the Italian Sausage Pizza, and the Dough was half cooked. Me and my mom tried the chicken pasta and got salmonella, come to find out the chicken was still pink on the inside

I was extremely a"Noid" to find that I was expected to pay a delivery fee for a store credit order. It was insulting enough that my previous order was incorrect, which is why I received a store credit. Carryout seems to be the best way to "avoid the Noid" in the future!

Terrible customer service. Placed an order and it took 2 hours ..... called twice got a rude girl first then the run around the next time. Plus I tipped almost 50% on the app. Great customer service guys. So excited to order from here again! ?

Spoke to the RUDEST female employee...had me on hold for forever, forgot I was on hold, was ignoring a question I asked her multiple times regarding my order and ultimately I just ended up ordering from pizza hut. If you don't like your job please just quit and find one you do.
