My boys like dunkin. They are teenagers. I only have the coffee. But the boys enjoy all the drinks and food.

I am a regular at this dunkin donuts but today I was very hurt of what I seen. I came in sat down and placed my mobile order and who I believe was the manger was sitting down eating her food while the young man was working the kitchen,Front, and drive through. While it still look liked he was overstimulated he’s customer service was still amazing to me and to whoever he was talking to on drive through. I leave this one star review to the manager because it was extremely disappointing to see her doing absolutely nothing to help me or her coworkers.

Waited in the drive through line for 10 minutes and they didn’t say a word. So I went into the store and they STILL did not even say a word to me… I spent a total of 30 minutes here for no reason. Never again.

Although they may have decent service and some good drink products, being one of their older locations - they certainly aren't as great as I once remembered. The donuts aren't as comforting, their selections have drastically decreased, and the taste leaves you wanting for something more.

I was the first person in the lobby for service and there were two cars in the drive thru by the time I was greeted. Who I assumed was the manager said he would be back shortly and walked out the store. There was a young man working the drive thru and a young lady making a coffee. The manager came back in and asked what I wanted. I stated a dozen. He grunted come on and I asked if I got to choose my dozen he replied “you want to choose?” I said “yes.” He grunted come on again and I asked “you want me to pay first?” He said yes. After he rung up my order he turned to the young lady still making the coffee and told her to get my order and walked off. I waited patiently watching her make this coffee when the young man working the drive thru asked if he could help me while he got an order for a drive thru customer. I asked for my recipe and he asked the young lady to help me and she handed me the coffee. I informed her I did not order a coffee , I wanted a dozen donuts “remember the big guy asked you to help me?” She apologized for the misunderstanding and put my order together.In short the service was lacking with the exception of the young man working the drive thru. Maybe the manager was having a bad day but still needs to set the example of positive people skills and customer service.

I came through the drive-through and ordered a breakfast sandwich on croissant as I’m pulling out to leave. I tried the sandwich and didn’t taste quite right. I came to realize the croissant tasted a little odd so I parked my car went in. I stood in the front for about three minutes meanwhile the employees/manager walked by and looked before anyone approached me and when I was approached, it wasn’t in a very welcoming manner and I was getting stared at like I was speaking a different language or something, the employee told the manager the issue and she scuffled, and went on doing whatever she was doing. Never apologize didn’t seem very accommodating. I waited about 10 minutes for that , and even then a new employee walked in the door and was the one to remake the sandwich for me. She was very kind and sweet. She lit up the atmosphere, although I did not get her name it started with a “D” It seemed as if no one wanted to be there, the kitchen you can see trash everywhere. It doesn’t seem like a very well put together place. You see employees moping around with careless attitudes and a manager who doesn’t have any customer service… yikes will not be returning to this location. This is the second time I’ve been and both experiences were a no for me.

This is for the manager that is only worried about drivethrou times. The customer service was awful. Rushing someone that is trying to get themselves together to give his daughter her doughnut and have no cars was behind me is/was uncalled for. I will be requiring the district manager contact information.

The atmosphere can be a bit freaky in this sketchy part of the city, and I did leave pretty quickly, but I did find the service to be excellent, and the food and best of all the coffee to be fantastic.

Went to pick some donuts inside the establishment and heard Rap music with the N word and womans genitalia being blared inside DD on Christmas eve morning. There is a time and a place to hear this music and in a proffesional establisment like DD is not the place. Surprised management did not stop it.WOW!

I usually liked this location. But this morning was an experience in a negative way. First at the drive thru window, I had to wait several minutes before the first contact thru the speaker happened. I said to myself okay whatever, if she would have told me I'll be with you in a moment, at least I have known that she knows I am here. But the major issue I have is that my order and my food I got were completely different things. Since this is the second DD location with order issues, I think I am gonna go to a different franchise and try my luck there.
