This will definitely be my last time coming here. I stopped coming before. Gave them another try today and the owner is Still Very Rude. She needs to learn how to speak to people. She must don’t understand that people have options. And they definitely Don’t have to spend their money where they are getting treated any kind of way. She call herself getting an attitude cause I asked for a copy of my receipt, after signing hers. She gonna say 90% of people don’t want a receipt. So I told her well I wanted mine. She always has something smart & nasty to say. I don’t know how she stays in business talking to people like that. Or maybe it’s just certain people she talks to like that. If I could have given 0 stars that’s what they would have gotten. Customer Service is Everything!!

The food is alright, the service is Unorganized and rude. I made a order, then cancelled the order with in 3 minutes of making it. I changed my mind on the food I wanted made it really clear I was Counseling the first order. I get a rude phone call after picking up my food telling me I have to pay for both. The young lady got so frustrated because of her employees not communicating she decides to still tell me it’s my fault and hang up in my face as I am trying to communicate to her that I informed her employees it is not my job to double check if her employees told her.

I ordered many times the same dish. Kung po chicken With NO peanuts!!!! So, the last three order's came loaded with peanuts! I am allergic and could be hospitalized or even die. I don't think it's a language barrier, or just don't want my business anymore. Anyway I will not be giving them my business any more. I can't risk it.

The food is not bad at this place. I'd have rated them higher if they didn't make substitutions to my order without asking. If you go, and order sweet and sour pork, make sure they have it before giving them your money, otherwise they'll cook chicken for you and not mention it until they bring out your order. Irritating.

Fu Leen is our go-to Chinese delivery location because the food is always fantastic. Delivery is always pretty quick, and you have the option to call in or order online. They also have discount codes for free items if you spend a certain amount. Most of the food warms up well for leftovers (if you like leftovers, please note that breaded chicken doesn't warm up well)!I will say that although tasty, we won't order any of the shrimp dishes again because they only give you 3-4 pieces of shrimp and a ton of vegetables, so it's not worth spending the money on it.

This is my local go-to place for Chinese food. Don't judge the food by the restaurant decor, which is minimal and underwhelming. Most of the business is delivery. Like most restaurants, they have an extensive menu. But unlike most Chinese restaurants, where most of the dishes tend to taste the same (at least in my opinion), Fu Leen Palace offers dishes with distinctive flavors. The General Tso's Chicken is one of my favorites of all the places in the area - not especially spicy, but always crisp under a flavorful sauce. The Beef and Broccoli is always good, well-balanced between pieces of tender, thin beef and broccoli florets, which are always a perfect balance between tender and crisp - never overly mushy. The Mei Fun is also great - a huge portion cooked well, if you don't like dishes with heavy sauces; this also reheats well. I also love their Moo Goo, Chicken and Cashews, Orange Beef, Mu Shu Pork, and String Beans, but I've never had anything bad there. Occasionally, their white rice can be a little dry and their Sweet and Sour dishes aren't always crispy, but I've been eating at/from Fu Leen Palace for 20+ years and am impressed by their consistency, in addition to food which is above the baseline for Chinese takeout. Their prices are very reasonable, having increased modestly in the past 5 years. Delivery is usually very fast, unless it's a peak mealtime. If you have a big appetite, 3 or more people to feed, or just love Chinese leftovers, I recommend the Family Meal, which is a great value if you plan to order 3-4 dishes, anyway. In addition, be sure to take a look at the special meals/chef's specials - most of them are very good. Also, check out the lunch specials, which are usually available until 2 or 3pm. Located near Ft. Eustis, Fu Leen Palace is definitely worth checking out for quick, flavorful Chinese dishes prepared well and offered in good-sized portions.
