They did not listen and kept adding more food to my order saying that it was not enough to make a delivery . I am very upset because i expected them to get my order right . Then when i called back they said that i didn't order the food that i was missing .

By far one of my most favorite restaurants in Newport News. Great food, fast service, great people. I have been a constant customer since I've moved here and my family loves their food too. They have more than fair prices for what you get. I just ordered again tonight and I will most definitely be back. Keep up the great work!!

I normally like This place, we always order from here.. but I wil never eat here again!! Be careful when you order from them! Not only was the food not that good tasting this time around but as I was eating my general chicken I pulled a hair out of my mouth that was wrapped in the piece of chicken that I spit out with it! After throwing it all up in my paper towel I went to scrub my mouth out with my tooth brush and called them to tell them.. not only is that unsafe because of COVID!! But the lady wanted to have a driver come back for the food in order to give me my money back!!!! Like what?!!? I am so mad!!! So u want to expose me again to take the nasty food back for me to get a refund! I’m good I’m not digging in the trash for the food with throw up in it!!! I’m so mad I will never eat here again!! People beware!! ???

Went to do a crubside pick-up, on 5/21/2020 at 5:10 pm, I get home, and, mind you it only took a few minutes for me to get home, the entire meal is cold and disgusting. To make matters worse, when my mom goes to eat her sesame chicken, she bites down on a staple with her teeth, near close to swallowing it and hurting herself. When I go to return the food, the owner kept making excuses as to why my complaint doesn't make sense and never acknowledge the staple that was in the food. I showed her the plate with the staple in the chewed food and she just looked and said nothing about it. She slammed my void receipt on the table angrily and kept talking fast because she did not want to hear my complaint and didn't even bother to apologize. Honestly, this is not the first time I had a problem here. When there was still inside seating, there were roaches crawling around my booth and another party's booth. That neighboring family told the owner about it and all she wanted to do was just move them to another booth, which doesn't remedy the situation. On plenty of occasions, the food will be cold, some food will be missing, and the chicken is over coated. I'm tired of making excuses for sorry service. Will NEVER come back here again.

THE MANAGEMENT here and customer service is absolutely horrible! Normally I write positive reviews but I can tell you this one does not deserve it. Rude manager on the phone who hung up on us because of our complaint about missing an item, and when we tried to call again she proceeded to not respond to us for about 5 minutes just to tell us we were in the wrong about the order, and interrupted every single word we said to her. Do not eat here don’t do them any favors, the food is mediocre at best anyways.
