The foods good and some employees friendly and some not but biggest issue is how slow they are. They average about 5-10 minutes per car in the drive thru and commonly 10+ cars in line. I don't think I've ever been in drive thru for less than 30 minutes. It's common to see people get angry waiting so long and leave line honking and cursing as they drive off. I don't understand why this location is so slow.

So here's the deal, my wife and I went to this location and went to the drive thru. There was a tall young lady wearing glasses and a short Hispanic male working there tonight. Our order took longer so we went inside the store. As we were inside, we over heard the cook saying that if we pay for it we wait for it as they were serving other customers there food. We were never rude towards these employees. We feel discriminated because of our aesthetic. We want immediate action done to these employees since they were talking bad about us behind our back. I tried calling the corporate number but as usual, we have to get on some stupid website to share our experience. As of right now we won't come back until these employees get terminated.

At this particular location I had a wonderful experience with the workers during the evening.The workers are two female employees, one light skinned younger her peer beautiful chocolate both did exceptionally well providing information. We were greeted with smiles also great hospitality, I would definitely recommend family& friends to this location.

Much improved at this particular Hardee's. The service was great and they even gave me a military discount! Order was correct, the food was good and the insude was very clean! Haven't seen Hardee's operate this way in a long time! I will definitely go back to this location!
Ordered the Nashville hot chicken and it’s a no for me. The chicken was fried hard, dry, old and smothered with hot sauce. The biscuit was also dry. There’s no way at 8 in the morning the food isn’t fresh. Do better Hardee’s… Customer service at the window and drive thru speaker were good though

While I ordered I was asked if I would wait 7 minutes for apple turnovers, this was at 8:20, I said of course. When I got to the window the young lady asked her co worker if she has dropped the pies the response was no, and the time was 8:26. I was given my food at 8:32 and it was incorrect. I had asked to substitute slaw for fries. I was then asked to pull up and revived my correct order at 9:37.
