It was once our favorite Asian restaurant, but its quality has gone way down. Too many items are lukewarm or even room temperature. The lo mein and mein fun were not hot, and the spring rolls weren't even close to room temperature. Items seem to sit out a long time, and the steam tables fail to keep the food hot. Very disappointing and as a result, over-priced. Will not be going back.

Very rude due to them turning the burners off well before closing time. I couldn’t get any salmon. I normally only come for the salmon it sometimes can be salty so I settle for it as a quick bite sometimes. The first person I grabbed seemed to not know anything about the food. The person after seemed unconcerned and walked off the last lady wanted me to scrape salmon crumbs then shrugged her shoulders. Then when i asked if this was them on google she started to lie then I said the address and she said yes that’s us. Rags on the buffet just a hot mess this evening.

They have the worst customer service and they are so rude, I went in today and asked one of the ladies that was working at the checkout counter a question regarding the price of the buffet and she got rude and said didn't you look at the price before you came in, weather I did or didn't that's your job to answer my question. I would never go there again because they have poor customer service.Service

Should’ve listened to the reviews, came in around 7:10 pm, no new food was put out at all. We were told the kitchen was closing, because they were closing a hour early, BUT they had new food ready for them on the side for whatever celebration they had going on. As we finished our checks, the waitress LITERALLY stood over us, and when we told her we were good, she proceeded to say, they were closing and started pressuring us to leave the table. But she did not do the same to this other couple who was sitting to the left of us. She only left when we started to get up. Also, my child did not eat and they still charged me for him. Will not be coming back.

I really hate to waste money and guess what I did today by coming here. The food did not look tasty or fresh. I came here at 1230 on a Saturday. Looks like we got the left over from last night. Rice tasteless, soups tasteless and so was everything else. My gf end up eating sunflower seeds since that was the only thing that look fresh. We tried garlic bread, not cooked, bake potatoes with cheese and bacon it looked old and dry. Just save yourself the time and money and don’t come here.

There is no flavor of Chinese or Japanese food, just in form, it should be a Mexican chef, (no intention to slander Mexican chefs), the shrimps are super small, I don’t know whether it is poor ingredients or poor cooking skills, the waiters are unfriendly and disrespectful, pay the bill Standing in front of customers and waiting... I don’t recommend it, I won’t come back, it’s very bad!

I used to love this buffet years ago. Lately I've been disappointed with the quality of food. It's never hot or even warm. I was there the Saturday after Thanksgiving at noon and they weren't busy at all. All the bad reviews haven't helped to improve the quality or service so I don't believe they care about their business or customers they serve. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I took my 8 year old son here for dinner at 5 pm. The food was already looking old and not very fresh. We found a few things that looked better than others and made a plate. He didn’t even finish his and didn’t want to go back and try anything else. Can’t say I blamed him. The only thing that was good was the hibachi I ate. Then add that they charged me for two adults and drinks when it was 1 adult and 1 child with waters, and it sealed the deal for me. We won’t be back. Nothing was worth trying this place again.

Today I tried calling this establishment because I had plans on bringing my family of 10 for dinner. I thought I would call to find out how much the buffet was today, for adults and for kids. The lady that answered the phone chose to be very disrespectful and tell me she doesn’t know, I would have to buy something for her to tell me the price of the buffet, she then hung up on me. I called back because maybe she misunderstood what I was asking and she started to yell at me says “didn’t you see I disconnected the phone on you? “ and hung up again, I tried once more in the hopes that someone kinder would answer the phone. I explained my question again, her answer was “I don’t to tell you the prices of anything, either way here or don’t”. So disappointed that I didn’t even get an opportunity to eat here, they have lost my business indefinitely.

1) walk in with a cup of water in my hand the door lady told me "you gonna finish that ? Cuz we don't allow outside drink" I told her it's only water, she rolled eyes at me looked away annoyed.... So I had to chuck my water and trash my cup.2) the services here is just bad, no hi how are you, instead straight went to "what you want drink" all the waitress who working here looks like someone owns them money or something...3) the environment is not okay either, the vibe is dead, the table is oily, it smells like someone died on my table... hellooo? Where is the cleaning solutions at...and the floors are sticky.4) THE FOOD... oh my god, I swear there is literally nothing I can eat here, everything tastes either so salty or flavorless, or hair in the food, told the hibachi guy no spicy on my food please he puts EXTRA spicy on my food, my sister and both thinks that the chicken meat it's so hard to chew, and the brisket tastes sooo old. Our stomach hurts so bad right after we ate here... Oh it's sooo bad both of us had diarrhea :'( I'm telling y'all this place is not clean!!!!!
