We ordered our food online, 8 piece family meal and 8 strips,and paid online. We pulled up and was told they ONLY have thighs in original and 1 breast 3 legs and all wings in Extra Crispy. We asked to accommodate us for the missing breast and was told, "They can't do that!" (as though a breast and wing is equal in portions) we pulled around and was greeted with a rude girl who asked if we had 4 thighs!? We replied no, and she rolled her eyes, sucked her teeth , closed the window, and then walked away. She returned with a bag of food, and we and then asked for our chicken to be made FRESH!! She lied and said, "It is fresh." We then checked this food, and it was obviously old! ( I worked at both KFC and POPEYES before) The strips were hot, but the 8 piece chicken was Luke warm and Dried Out) we then said the chicken is not fresh She closed the window, and then the manager came! Her name was Jade or Jaden. She said the chicken was Fresh and we denied that fact she then proceeded to say " They close there kitchen at 8pm so she was unable to fry fresh chicken) Its 11pm and the store closes at MIDNIGHT but the manager say they close there kitchen (fryers) at 8pm on a Saturday, and yet the chicken fresh!?!?!?!?! So we asked THE MANAGER for a refund and CORPORATE'S number!! The manager said, "we have to go to the app for a refund, and we have to FIND CORPORATE'S NUMBER ONLINE"!!! This is the worst KFC ever. Either they have NO CHICKEN or the STAFF is DISRESPECTFUL/RUDE/LIARS/UNPROFESSIONAL!! This is the 2nd time and LAST time I waste any more money at this establishment!!!!!!! The manager should be fired for lying, NOT providing Corporate's number, not providing solutions to the issues, and for SERVING OLD DRY FOOD that KFC doesn't ADVERTISE!! And the drive-thru girl should be fired for the ATTITUDE and for LYING and serving POOR food as well!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

The only reason I am giving it the rating is the food is ok not good, but alright. Service by the young lady was good until she turned to ask a question and then ignored me in drive thru when asking about management. The manager that was helping her was rude. I don't appreciate being told rudely that I should have read the menu better when I knew what I was wanting to get. There are better ways to respond to customers.

Wish I could give zero stars. Customer service was absolutely horrific and the food was even worse. Ordered pick up and didn’t get my sauces, the “gravy” was basically water, and the rest of the food was subpar. This establishment should be shut down. Disgusting!

Just a poor experience, slow crew, rude at times. Can't really recommend this place a good option. Since most likely you will have cold food if your order via delivery. If it's pickup, you might as well order delivery because the wait will eat atleast 30mins of your day.

Food is okay. The crew has been ok most of the time. I almost peed myself one time and the lobby was closed. They allowed me to not have an accident. Grateful....the low rating is because I used the app and when I got there they runned out of chicken at 1020pm but close at 1200am. The refund process took 2 hours over the phone!

So I go to this KFC on my lunch break..I decided to go in because the drive thru was wrapped around the building..Its a elderly lady working the front..To me that's not a good idea especially during your lunch rush..I finally get to the counter to place my order..A classic chicken sandwich combo no pickles with a large fries & drink..Cicely Tyson gone tell me they can't large my fries or drink..And she had an attitude when she said it..So I left & took my money to BK up the road..That's definitely bad business Kentucky Fried..But you guys be blessed though..

Its been a very long time since I went to kfc I ordered the 5 pc. Tenders Big Box . I see the sides come in very small containers now and the biscuits as well. I got the mashed potatoes and gravy and Mac n cheese. Both were decent for fast food, biscuit was good just so small now.
