Went through drive thru and was pulled for fries. Waiting over 15 minutes before we decided to go in to see what the hold up was. They claimed they had to drop chicken but not a single worker communicated that with us. Terrible service and overall nasty people. Had they of told us this it would have been different but lack of communication.

Went through drive through (no one in the line before me) ordered a 3 piece(paid for 3 piece) for lunch took it back to work only 2 pieces of chicken! Where in the box and the biscuit was hard ! Tried to call the store but phone number on receipt is out of service.

We get to the speaker of drive thru, and nothing we wait 5 to 10 minutes for someone to speak. Then she finally says something and my mom starts to order and she is then told that there isn't any chicken..... we are told the on December 30 at 7:15pm why is there no chicken cooking and there's no way that the store completely runs out of chicken if that is the case the management needs to be changed or evaluated cause all you sell is chicken....Then my mom asked if any chicken was being cooked 3 times because it was still early hours, and the lady finally said it'll be a 30 to 45 minute wait.
This store never has any chicken pot pies ready. They are always out. Maybe if there employees would work instead smoking outside all day they would have some ready!!!!

The guy working window right now is honestly amazing, I really hope he's a manager. The line was long because of how many people were there (Friday night at 7pm) and he got us our food fast and did it professionally while being courteous and efficient.

Today I was so blessed bu=y the staff of KFC .I had just lost my husband of 40,years , my soul was broken . I have treated us and now me today to KFC since they opened there ,I hadn't been eat ing to well lately and on my way home which was 40 miles away ,we , I have always loved this one KFC. only one I go too , Today I placed my order ,all I had was a hundred dollar bill . I was told don't worried about , its okay , but I said I'll get my credit card , I did and locked my keys in the car , broken heart , .exhausted ,falling apart ,,,,,,each one and two other from KFC God bless them !!!,Helped me in a mighty way , I thank each of you , and you won't take a dime , God had a much better blessing for you all . again THANK YOU .There are so many angels everywhere and I meet so many today ,and Yes God is good all the time .. They gave me 12 instead of 16. Went back later and they fixed with receipt. Good enough for me. Friendly both visits. Food always good.
