Best Korean we’ve had since we left Seattle, and maybe better. Service was delightful. The banchan, outrageous. I hesitated whether to write this review because this place should be full to the gills. :).
Best Korean we’ve had ever, and that’s many years and compared to Boston and Seattle places. New local favorite. I had bulgogi with mandu - and excellent banchan.

My baby went here for her birthday!! She loved her food...and that was what mattered.ME.......I specifically said Beef and Broccoli Teriyaki.......how did I get the Chicken Teriyaki??????? I accepted this...because I don't waste food. But I may not be back.....once you mess up my order....that is a wrap. If my daughter wants Rice cakes.....I can get that....but then again......she can make them herself as she has for years. The Chicken was interesting.....I didn't eat it. Gave the dish to my other 2 teenagers and a little to my spoiled Japanese Spitz dog.I ordered Beef Teriyaki for my husband and he said something tasted spoiled. I believe him...we cook 7 days a week and have our own catering business. So he stated he didn't want to eat her anymore. But by all means, please go for yourself and enjoy!!! Everyone has different taste buds and opinions. My catering website is www.happytummy.shop by the way.

6 of us walked out of the new Choice Korean restaurant as it was uncomfortable seating, you could only order from an app, the waiter did not know how to bring a drink w/o us using the app & the menu was VERY limited. Not a true Korean meal experience.Thank goodness Kyung Sung was opening up for dinner ! We headed right there as we knew the food was high quality, we would be comfortable & have a conversation w/ a waitress who knows how to treat customers. It's OK to try new places, but we always return to those that do it best. That is why Kyung Sung has been around so long.

Have been going to Kyung Sung since they first opened. It has always been my favorite go to Korean spots until last weekend when we went there for my son who is visiting from Florida. All he wanted was Kyung Sung and it was a disaster. The food quality has been changed a bit but the service is the worst I have ever experienced there, hell anywhere. Our waitress was rude from the jump, rolling her eyes as she was answering our questions with a matching bad attitude. Then the waitress added a tip to our bill for a party of five and when asked why no justifiable answer was given and then the said waitress asked "so what do you want to just pay for your food and I eat the tip?" My response was why are you assuming we can't, won't, or unable to tip? So why would you eat the tip? She claimed at first that is not what she said and I responded it was exactly what you said. Maybe you didn't mean it but you sure did say it verbatim. Her response was to just walk away and stay in the back of the kitchen as I finished with the male cashier and settled my tab. Yes I left a tip on the table and gave the rest to the male cashier for helping sorting out the check. So needless to say I will not be back until new owners take over as I can't see the current owners staying long. Good luck to anyone who goes there I hope you all have a better experience than we did after going there since the 1980's.
