Today experience was great. From beginning to end. There was a minor issue with a sandwich that I had to return. However, the issue was quickly resolved. Ty the manager on duty was very professional and polite. In a non condescending manner, Ty gave his team exceptional constructive criticism for their mistake. All team members were receptive and respectful. Keep up the good work!

Just a hot a$$ mess!!! I went and ordered 2 quarter pounder meals and a happy meal. The fries were barely cooked with absolutely no salt and the fry boxes were filled only halfway. I also asked for dehydrated onions instead of slivered on one of the quarter pounders and they failed to do it. They also forgot my sauce for the nuggets I ordered. This restaurant is just ghetto and trashy. They seem to hire the dumbest individuals possible

Extremely nice workers, however the location is not managed well and has been chaotic on several of my visits. The drive threw can take 15+ min. to maneuver through.

Never order here on the app. Ordered a milkshake which cost 4 dollars. When I arrived was told they don't have milkshakes did I want an item that cost 1.69. Asked for my money back and was told that they don't do refunds. Complained through the app and was told I need to get it from the store.

This place is the worst. Dirty restraunt that has the smell of a port-a-john. That chemical smell. Yuck. The employees were completely rude. The owner would benefit by closing the door and hiring all new staff. Never eat here. They spit in the french fries. Ya.

We come here before school sometimes so my kids can have breakfast and play on the playground. My 7 and 6 year old sons were playing on the playground and then a worker came in and said they had to get off the playground because it doesn’t open until 10. Never happened before. If it is closed then you need to lock it and post a sign. We will never come back here again.
