Workers are rude, never gets the order right, their soda machine is disgusting and they know it doesn't taste right but still selling it. Pulled up around 445 this morning for a steak egg and cheese, all they had was chicken Biscuits and sausage Biscuits. Just an incompetent location. I would like to add that we came by a few days ago for a small order, that's how we found out the soda machine was no good. We got a coke, didn't taste right, tried dr pepper after the worker said all sodas taste the same. Dr pepper was nasty so we requested a sweet tea in which the rude worker asked us Too pull to the third window for a sweet tea. We refused, because it would take all of 30 seconds to make our sweet tea. She went on to say loudly how we do not listen to her coworker. And this is where I match energies. And let her know. I cannot hear very well so no I do not listen,very incompetent place. They honestly should just shut it down for health violations.

3/19/24 i stood in on a meeting teaching the crew how to be better and atleast half of that crew should've been fired. unprofessional children. why are y'all hiring teenagers? and then surprised that customers are getting attitude? they didn't even respect the kind white lady speaking. they will never respect the customer. this mcdonald's just sucks. write ups and firing people to make an example of them is the only way because alot of them ARE and will continue to be extremely rude.

In the mornings I pass by 4 other Mcdonalds before getting to this one. The yound lady that works the drive tru is great, always polite and super helpful. I usually place my order via mobile to save time. Today I messed up and placed my drink order wrong. She recognized the problem before me and checked to make sure that I wanted it my usual way. Thanks for the great service .

This is the worst Mcdonald ever I order 2a witch was a bacon cheese burger with no onion I got a cheese burger with onion plain and dry all they put on it was meat cheese and onion that's it and I also been calling them non stop and no answer and they also mess up my husband food too he ask for 4 hamburger that's it with the normal stuff that goes on it if there anyway to give them no star I would because that was the worst experience ever and I never ever had a problem with my food ever
