Very rude and impatient person as a drive-thru she look like maybe the manager for the evening she didn't want to give me time to give her my code for my free double cheeseburger she was like ugh. I said there's no one behind me in line she said that's not the problem ugh so I just ordered a bundle pack I'm sick of being mistreated at a place that I'm paying for my food which pays for their paycheck good way to drive customers away ??

Terrible place the lady looks me in my face and says “pull up to the gate it’ll be right out” wait there for 3 cars to go around me for bout 15 min mind you this place was empty and told me to “give me a minute” at the window with no service already what? But I wait and get my food finally there’s no syrup, butter, or knife and spoon for my big breakfast and oatmeal, not to mention my hotcakes are cold….Are they slow ? Please hire high school graduates or better

You don’t really expect much from McDonald’s. You know it’s gonna be subpar service, barely edible food, & what can only be described as McDonald’s vibes. However, this McDonald’s location puts exceptional effort in having miserable, entitled, rude employees. Bank on waiting 30-45 minutes for your fast food. & bank on that food being wrong

I order # 7 value meal. 2 cheese burgers, perhaps the place inside is not clean or sanitized, after I eat them 2 hrs later my stomach blowded up. by the afternoon. I had to go. it just wanted to blow out of my body. I would recommend for the health department to stop by and check this place out.
This McDonald’s is horrible you order something to wait 5-6 minutes on hold at order & the order still then be wrong then go wait another 15 minutes just to get refund then be told no refund on items would I like something else instead .. all this while the other employees was just standing around doing nothing just talking smh the whole night shift absolutely ghetto and needs new crew

Been waiting 20 minutes on my 3.50 bundle. this new age world, way of thinking, with technology and the so-called smarter generation is an absolute joke. Corporate America will basically hire anybody. F McDonald's, it's been 4 months since I ate at one 4 cities away and the other place had same issue. Y'all blow.
