Got my food delivered so can’t judge the atmosphere but the delivery I placed online was easy, didn’t take that long and my food was hot and good. They don’t have very good ranch tho I can do without

I remember eating at this location when boost mobile was next door to it. However I order a pizza and the stuffed crust was so doughy I tried to cook it to finish the process. This was really upsetting because I always trusted papa johns. I have been sick since eating it will not be going back.

I had two $25 gift cards given to me by my realtor as a welcome home present. The first worker scans them multiple times and couldn’t get them to work, then a second worker does the same thing then finally a manager type comes and says one of the two cards is empty, so I had to pay if I wanted my pizza. I asked if maybe it got all charged earlier, and they said no way impossible.Realtor said she personally spent $50 on those cards.

We ordered a Shaq-a-Roni for family get together. I ordered with extra pepperoni. Many were excited at the pizza they saw on TV. The pizza came in with less pepperoni than the picture. Everyone got a good laugh and we went home with NEVER AGAIN! If I had picked it up, then it would have gone back in store for the fix or refund.

Got the new Twix dessert. And it was totally burnt. They knew it when they boxed it. Could have been considerate and make another one. Inedible. Just a shame.

Pizza was over cooked. They burnt the crust. Order extra Pepperoncini Peppers didn’t any except for one single one. Order Parmesan Cheese Shaker and crushed red pepper didnt get those either. Papa John’s going down hill. Time to find new pizza

Apart from my delivery driver and the soda I ordered being great. Everything else was horrible. The cheese bread and pizza that I ordered was dry and flat. It tasted horrible and doesn't represent the standard of pizza hut to their valued customers.
Ordered 2 large pizzas last night. Friend answered the door, said he only recieved one pizza. By the time we got back outside they were gone. Tried to call the store but was unable to get around the robot voice maze they've made just to talk to someone. Machine was only willing to tell me the delivery was in progress, which it obviously wasn't. Hours afterward the machine still said it was out for delivery. I was from out of town so I couldn't exactly waste more time on it. In short, I never got my pizza and the store made it impossible for me to speak with an actual person to resolve the issue. I want my money back

I think that Papa John's is the best delivery pizza in my area. However it is so expensive when you do delivery! So we did take out.
