Order the works pizza ask for extra black olives and when I got the pizza toppings were on one side and no extra but they charge u for it… when they first opened they were great but now they don’t put toppings evevnly over the pizza nor do they give u extra… poppa John I need u to better .. I get u measure topping but make sure u distributed evenly cuz chanellos is making ur pizza look skimpy

Poor customer service. Don’t waste your time or money. I placed a 70.00 + dollar order waited over 30 minutes for my order for them to tell me my order was delivered. Which I didn’t receive. Ask to speak to a manager, no manager was available. Which I know is a lie. I am in the business of retail. Then I ask for the corporate number the gentleman didn’t know it. Joe was the person that answered the phone Brandon was the one that was supposed to deliver my food. The bad part about it all I had to call another location to get the general manager phone number which his name is John I did call and leave a message hopefully he will return my call. He really needs to know how rudely I was treated by his staff. but I will definitely not order from this location ever.

I recently was at a local favorite spot. Next to this Papa John’s. My partner & I were trying to leave however we were blocked in by an 18 wheeler. My partner asked the driver to move so we can back out. He then said you need to wait 30 mins. My partner said that’s not going to work we need to leave. Can you please move the truck up? The driver got explicit! Said … no “N word” you can wait! The driver also threatened to beat him up! My parter said move the truck. As things escalated the “manager” came out & said it’s for us to block the space in to unload. You can wait! I then asked where the “do not park” signs” we’re. Manager rolled his eyes & walked in! Papa John’s I see why you are suffering in the pizza game: y’all are racist, homophobic, & just don’t care about your customers!Also they use dirty doe at this location!!!The manager & driver told me to back TF up over it!!!

Put in delivery notes needed change for a hundred as that's all I had. Delivery driver informed can't accept. I told them well it's all I have which is why it's in the notes. Driver says yeah... they told me to let you know we can't take it and they can't give me the food. So what was the point of 1) making the order and 2) sending someone to tell me they can't give me the order cause they don't take a hundred. It's fine I didn't get the order since I didn't pay for it even though the money was literally in my hand lol, but to send someone to the front door to tell me we can't accept the hundred? What kind of sense does that make? Lol. What a waste of mine and the driver's time. Might be a better idea to ... I dunno... call your customer first, but what do I know.
