Ordered a pizza at 7:20pm after being on hold for 14 mins, calling back to inquire about where it was, I was informed they had to get a door dash driver to deliver to the WRONG pizza. I called to let them know I would pick up my correct pizza, but the assistant what sure what time they closed until asking another employee. All in all she didn’t tell me when my new pizza would be ready.

I placed my order at 9:40pm and received confirmation and status up date of when it will be ready. I also requested text updates for this as well. It showed on the tracker it was in the oven and delivery at 10:18-10:20. Now I understand if slammed this could be delayed. I never received any other update. Just showed my order was still being made and delivery at 10:18-10:20. An hour later from placing the order I check and the store was closed- but never once received notification that my order was canceled just still in progress and expected time. So it looks as if someone made my food I paid for and took it home to eat. I called the customer service number and it stated the order had been canceled but when I spoke to a representative she said it showed it was delayed. The supervisor said to cancel my order and I will receive funds back 5-7 days. I requested documentation (which I have not received) of the cancellation- because this is now the second time this has happened and I never received my refund the first time.

So if you want your order to have something wrong or missing something every time you order it then this is the place for you. If you want your pizza for delivery you need to watch for them or they will leave it on the porch of your neighbors and just leave it and say they delivered it. Then they get upset with you when you tell them about what's missing or what's messed up like it's your fault or seem like they don't want to fix it. Worst pizza hut out there and for now on I will go somewhere else and pay more then go back there. We have given them way too many tries to see if they get better and they don't.

My spouse and I order pizza from this location, they never get the pizza order right! It's usually they forget something on the order, but how do you first of all not get a thin crust to cook, or put no sauce on Pizza, but all the toppings were slid to one side? And how if your operating a business do you not answer the phone but if you do... you lay it on the counter top and talk and chop loudly to see how long I'd wait. Dude I just wanted some sauce on my chicken pizza

Horrible experience do not come here unless you want disappointment disrespect & a stomach ace I had a delivery order whole thing was wrong a sat on hold for a hour when I called the manager finally got to me I told her my order was incorrect she then replied “we’ll I just got here so what do you want me to do about that” I said a re make and re delivery she then told me how about you come up here and get it yourself then and hung up in my face she’s taking her daily life stresses out on costumers because she’s unhappy with herself & her life I hope you find yourself

I visited this Pizza Hut over the weekend and the entire experience was horrible. I waited almost 10 minutes before anyone greeted. Once I got home and looked at my food I couldn’t believe it. The pizza and chicken were burnt. The pizza had no flavor and the chicken was just not edible. I tried calling and couldn’t get an answer. I was able to go back on Monday after work and El’ Chapo took one look at my food and knew exactly what was wrong. She more than made up for my horrible experience over the weekend. She is usually the only employee working when I come in and each and every time she makes sure I feel valued as a customer and takes pride in ensuring my order is correct.

I wish I could give negative stars. I made the mistake of ordering pizza from this place. The original delivery time was one hour and then it increased to two hours. I finally received my barely warm pizza and cold breadsticks.
