We do delivery only. The food never disappoints, but the drivers never pay attention to the instructions in the app. We ask them to leave the food at our door, and they always stand there until we answer. That will always be my only complaint. Everything else is good.

RUDE RUDE RUDE! UNPROFESSIONAL!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!
We visited this Pizza Hut while on vacation in Virginia. We ordered pick up from the $5 menu and upon arrival they realized they forgot to cook our garlic knots. We ended up having to wait an extra 10-15 min until they were done and they gave us a free 2 liter for the mistake. The food was delicious!

HORRIBLE! I waited 1 1/2 and all my food was cold, but he drinks were all hot. I called to complain and the customer service was even worse. No apology. Just an offer to cook and deliver the order again....in another 40m. She then said "aight" and hung up. Pissed me off so bad I had fleeting thoughts of violence....no b******** NEVA AGAIN!!!! DO NOT DO IT. TOO MANY OTHER OPTIONS FOR THIS KINDA S***

Customer service sucks here. I understand workers deserve to take a break, but if you are going to take a break during busy store hours, at least post a return time so people have an expectation of time of service. If Pizza Hut is serious about their business, they should address this customer service issue.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I placed an online order and didn't receive it until TWO HOURS later. I called before hand to inquire about where my order was and they said they had no way to track where their drivers were. Then they said that I would be reimbursed since it was taking so long, but wasn't. The customer service was horrible. The only person that was helpful was the superintendent who gave me my refund. If this Pizza Hut could track where their drivers were and had better customer service, they'd receive better reviews.
