Godawful service. Rude. Sat for 30 minutes and nobody ever came over the speaker when we made it up to it. Drove up to window to see if it was broken and got told to go sit for another 30 minutes because we didn’t stay by the speaker long enough, we sat by speaker for ten whole minutes. Don’t even bother here. Lady at window was then rude and acted like it was our fault that nobody is responding

Cashier was rude as soon as we walked up to order and made it difficult to place my husband & my orders. I felt sad the rest of the day for being treated disrespected just because I can't hear well even with my hearing aids. We are a 70 yr old couple.

Today is Good Friday nothing was good about my short visit at Popeyes located in Newport News Virginia on Warwick Blvd. The front end crew member was very rude and antagonize me with her assumption that I was on something (like drugs or pills). It was lunch hour and all I ask for was some dipping sauce and the crew member carried on being unprofessional and not coustmer service friendly at all. I will never be a customer at this location very disgusted I will report to there corporate office.

I went there on my way to work to grab my dinner (approx. 2:30 p.m.) I wanted the butterfly shrimp but it wasn't on the menu any longer. I ordered the popcorn shrimp. Got to work sat down to eat and the shrimp were terrible as was the mac n cheese side. Shrimp was so over cooked I couldn't even chew them , Mac n cheese had an unchewable skin on it and very little Mac n cheese. If I wasn't at work I would have returned it for a refund. The best thing of the whole meal was the biscuit. This was at the Warwick Blvd store in N.N. VA. Needless to say, I will not return to your stores ever. This was on Friday 3/22/24.

We ordered food in the drive thru. The line moved pretty fast, the service was awesome! Very polite taking my order, repeating it to me, and friendly exchange at the window. The food was all hot and fresh! Service and food was great! Will definitely choose this location before the other 2 in the

This was my favorite Popeyes until yesterday i ordered 68$ worth of food for me and my family and we all got sick, they doing something wrong with the food.
Best Popeyes I've ever been to. Manager was very nice and helpful, fried chicken wings were AWESOME!!!!!!

This is a update this Popeyes has changed the new manager and her staff are Awesome very friendly the chicken is much better now !!!! It's a better friendly atmosphere not like the old staff here thank God for change ?? yall

They ran out of the chicken for sandwiches after I ordered and payed for online. So when my roommate got there to pick it up they asked if we would wanted anything else since they ran out of the chicken patties, in which we told them that if they could just use the tenders on the sandwich, which they agreed to. Once I got my food, everything was just tenders. I will never recommend this location, 3 Tenders instead of a whole sandwich. SO according to their pricing on items- that is stealing money from their customers. Plus their chicken was dry as hell, potatoes were very water and their drink machine had no ice so their drinks were warm.
