I just finished the single best cheesesteak I've had in a decade, and I could not be happier. Wonderful little restaurant, fantastic service, friendly and quick. Absolutely 10/10, I'll be evangelizing about this place for a long time to come.My cheesesteak was hot and fresh, with very fresh ingredients, smelled delicious, tasted better. Toppings and add-ons are generous and gratis, with a varied selection available.If you're in the area, drop in. Portions are fantastic, quality is top notch. I can't recommend it highly enough. Small,family owned business too, so eating here helps local.

I ordered a regular steak sandwich, the bread was old, dry and chewy. The fries were burned. Very dissatisfied. I was looking forward to a good cheesesteak and that was not it.

Hello I made a purchase on September 19, 2023 were Morgan overcharge me, I questioned how I can get it corrected and was told "I don't know ". I requested a adjustment and was told I would have to wait until the owner "Chris" would have to do it and he only comes in on Sunday's. I called the next Sunday and was told he wasn't there, the person took my information and stated they will see if he can give me a call. Well I never heard anything, I then called the next Sunday to be informed Chris only comes in before the location opens, I continue to ask questions we're the person on the phone got upset and I hung up the phone on me. I tried calling back were they didn't answer. Bad customer service and to add insult to injury I've received food poisoning. I was down for two days. 10 out of 10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Cheesesteaks are huge and delicious. I like the cheese fries with jalapeños. It’s a generous portion. Their chicken tenders are also really good. Food is always hot when I pick it up.

I used to work here years ago and know that if you want your SMALL sub cut in half you have to ask which was already crazy enough but tonight I called in a pick up order and when I asked for my sub to be cut in half I was told they couldn’t do that for to go orders! Excuse me ? It takes 5 seconds to cut a sandwich and then when I asked for my peppers to be chopped into my meat I was told that wasn’t allowed either so I will not be back because obviously making a sandwich is too difficult. It’s 11$ for a small sandwich and you can’t take the time to cut it ?

The exterior ambience may not be all that however, the food is very tasty and the service was great. I had a cheesesteak and I'm from Philly. It wasn't quite Philly, but it was very close. Very very delicious.

My husband and I have been looking for an authentic Philly cheesesteak since we moved here 5 years ago and we finally found it! As Philly natives every place we went to was very disappointing but ricks is truly authentic! They use real amaroso rolls and don’t put any extras on the actual sandwich, exactly how it’s supposed to be! The service was great and everyone working was super nice. We will definitely be returning!

I know the outside looks sketchy, but Ricks has subs that are delicious, cooked to order and overflowing with meat! This no frills dive only has a few options for sub toppings. While their menu may not be extensive, they are experts at their Cheese Steak (and Chicken Philly). For around $11, you can get a large sub. I can rarely finish a large in one sitting.
