My pork was over fried or even just old it was cold and the lady at the cafe refused to let me exchange it for a different meat even though I hadn’t eaten it just one bite .. I spent 30$ for food I literally couldn’t chew the fork broke I couldn’t even grab the meat with the fork I would have had to use my hands to pick it up !!!! bad business !!!

Exceeded my expectations! This is a gem. I cant believe people would rather buy all those generic food court places when this diamond exists.

I went to the Rumba Cafe today while strolling in the mall & I was amazed at how good the food was, as was the customer service. My boyfriend and I both got the Cubans, they were authentic and made to perfection; The fries, plantains, juices (soursop, and passion fruit) were hella fresh! I will definitely be coming back to try additional items.

Food was good but took way to long to make. The lady ringing me up didnt ring up an item i ordered, she also seemed annoyed. I definitely felt a comminication barrier there.

At the begging everything was good. I went there yesterday and the daily special was not seasoning as usual( flavor was nasty and it’d no raisins) TODAY THE MANGO JUICE WAS EVEN MORE NASTY, i tried to changed for the strawberry, but it was even worse? DEFINITELY IT’S NOT THE SAME QUALITY AS THE BEGINNING!

I don't know if you've had the delighted pleasure to enjoy really good cuban cuisine, but if you haven't, this is the place to have it. At least, a good cuban sandwich. Rumba Cafe, located in the food court of Patrick Henry Mall is serving up just this type of cuisine. Was out and about and very hungry for lunch we came to Rumba. I had the traditional Cuban Sandwich, which has roast pork, ham and some nice veggies, toasted with Swiss cheese. Succulent and flammable is to describe it at best. Meat is tender and juicy. My wife had the chicken sandwich with grilled peppers and onions. Now she does not like grilled green peppers, so she picks them off. I guess she must have tasted one, because she put them back on her sandwich! LOL! We had some homemade shakes and each sandwich came with hot fresh seasoned fresh! It was amazing. Service is great, place is clean and they practice good measure to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. This is a MUST TRY! HAPPY YELPING!

Tried this restaurant when I saw it at Patrick Henry mall. I was so excited because I have found any other Cuban places around here! The food tastes authentic and is a decent price. They also have delicious fresh juices! I got mango and it was to die for!!! The ladies were nice and accommodating. I def recommend!

My family was born in Central America so I love Hispanic food. I saw that Rumba Cafe had Hispanic food so I just pop in and I just loved the food. Me and my family always go there every Sunday. I suggest the picadillo it is so rich and it has a nice flavor.
