My first time here. There was only 1 other table with 2 females...my server took awhile to show up, shows up no smile, took my order and brought back to me a bowl of chips with sauce while I wait. So as I'm eating my 4th dipped chip into sauce, I found a long hair in the sauce. Very nasty. At that moment I was skiddish about eating. Won't be back

I like this place with simple and very tasty food, with friendly staff with fast and impressive serving of dishes. If you still weren't in this restaurant you should take friends and visit it.

Absolutely horrible experience. Wouldn't listen to our order and brought meat to a table of vegans then got mad and wouldnt even answer basic food questions. Completely ruined my daughters birthday meal. Then brought the food back again and was undercooked and sloppy. Horrible... Dont recommend this location. I love salsas but this was bad.

Slow to acknowledge us. Drinks took forever. Staff seemed more interested in dancing with one another than serving. It was 1230 on a Saturday and almost empty. OMG nachos were ok, but tons of gristle in the chicken. Cucumber margarita was excellent.Won't be back.

As a fan of Mexican food, this place is very reliable. Their tacos are great, tamales a little dry but good. Margaritas are amazing and they really do pack a punch, and their beers are ice cold. Service is good, and at night on weekends they play loud music which I loved. Great atmosphere.Parking: Free parking garage or if you’re lucky right outside on the streetKid-friendliness: Little ones love the music

This place is nothing to brag about at all and the food quality is worse than a fast food chain; cold food, taste is terrible, and the service is lousy. However, what even makes it worse, is the customer service I had received from Carlos Ayala. I asked to speak to the owner and he said, he was the owner; that was one of the many lies as I tried to get an issue resolved. He undoubtedly is the rudest manager that I ever come across. I won't ever be back to this place at all!

This place told us the margaritas were half off & then they gave us a bill for only $1 off the drinks & then the manager Carlos Ayala would not honor it. The dip was terrible, we paid the bill but will never come here again.

I'm currently still sitting in the retruant, waiting to pay for the past 15 minutes. I ordered three tacos . Chicken and cheese time, they came out either lettuce, and that's okay , I asked they to go back, and they took them back. Next time, they came out with onions after I had specially said, "Just chicken and cheese." I scraped off the onions and looked at all three. I was able to take one taco and put it in the other taco, and it wasn't so bad. So I have currently ate one real taco and have one left. Now it's time for my third taco, and I don't even know it was. I've never seen a taco so poorly made. Taco Bell can put more meat in their taco, and I'm not joking, which is a Disgrace to mexcain food. All in all, it's not bad food, just poorly crafted and no pride in their abltilty to make mexcain food. The waiter had never given their name, nor did they ever come back to ask if food was okay. When they brought me the check, they asked if I was okay bc my face could tell it all instead of how food is. It's very frustrating paying food three tacos and getting one, but when trying new places, you never know what to expect. Recommend the manager of this restaurant just go back to the baiscs and give pride to their employees to do better or even just take pride in their work.
