I ordered off DoorDash . My badly was completely sealed so Whoever made order #332716 is absolutely disgusting this is unacceptable!!!? I ordered super sonic bacon cheese burger , sonic cheeseburger with mozzarella sticks. And my burger had a long straight strand of brown hair in it . This is a hygienic problem and y’all need to fix that . I took a bit and the hair wrapped around my tooth . Just typing this makes me want to vomit . WEAR A HAIR NET !!! How are you preparing food without one I spent 53.97 I did get a refund for 25.30 .. if I can give 0 stars i definitely would

The food is always just good enough to not complain. The dude who works at night is a horrible customer service employee. He seems to be in a horrible mood all the time. Someone needs to remind him that he asked for that job and that he applied and everything. The customers are not to fault for him bejng there. The drinks are always great and the milkshakes keep me coming back.

Where do you go for a good ice cream snack late at night when most shops are closed ?????Sonic ! Of course! And we were very excited to see that they have a limited edition loaded milkshake They call it the trick or treat shake it had a variety of candies and cookies even heath bar pieces and Oreos! We pulled up to the stall to order but a nice hostess let us know to use the drive through that the stalls weee closed which kind of changed the experience of eating at a drive in and we decided to just take it home where we still most definitely enjoyed

I told her I don't have a car to do that, she told me I still have to go through the drive through! I don't have a car, the thing is their website says they close at 12am, whether that's the lobby, drive thru or delivery. I could be wrong, but that's false advertisement.

I was in the mood for a burger since I don't eat them often. I went to Sonic and was greeted by a welcoming voice. Made my order, paid, received my order and drove through 7/11 parking lot. I turned right around after eating four straight burnt fries. I looked at the box; they all were burnt and actually tasted like they were dipped back in the grease to heat up. I returned to the drive thru and the same guy opened the window, I politely stated I need another fry. He asked why, and I proceeded to tell him because they are burnt. He asked, how many, I said ALL OF THEM! He gave me a BS look as I'm pulling fries out of the box. I told him, he shouldn't be asking me how many fries were burnt and he should just make me another fry. He told me to calm down; OMG. I asked to speak to the manager; he said I am. So I said that's the problem. I started to go to the Denbigh one but wanted to give this one another chance, but never again. This Port Warwick Sonic is trash. They should've kept Schlotzsky's around!

I usually don't have any issues going here but I did not like the fact that they took my credit card and walked away from the window with it. And the fries were cold not even warm.
The staff was very nice and friendly but I must say the quality of the burgers has taken a steep decline over the years. They may need to go back to the drawing board on that.

So I go there to get a quick bite, the drivethrough wasn't even being manned, had to come back and get their attention, when I got my food it was cold in spots,AVOID THIS LOCATIONthe employees are rude, short tempered and don't care if your food is cooked to satisfy.
