The girl working the drive thru speaker at 9am on 3/12 was completely unprofessional, rude, and thanks to her I will no longer be coming to this Starbucks. I will make sure none of my friends do either. Next time, you should be more kind to the people of the world.

I went to this location on Presidents Day looking for some frappuccino to go with breakfast. It has a very long time since I had Starbucks, but recently my sister gave me a gift card as a Christmas gift. So why not use it??? I ordered via drive-thru which took no time at all, even with a few cars in line. Ordering was pretty smooth and from the outside, the building was colorful. I did go.in before years ago and can say they keep up with decor. I chose a grande size caramel ribbon crunch frappucccino. When the cashier used my gift card, it turns out everything was covered. It had $20 so there you have it. Enough to cover at least two more orders. I'll definitely thank my sister for this gesture :) As for the frappuccino, it was very good. Was a little bit too sweet (it is a caramel frappuccino after all), but definitely covered my sweet tooth for the day. You have no complaints from me here. Not a bad visit. Very quick service where you felt welcomed by staff. I'll be back here real soon :)

Ordered way in advance before arriving at the location.Order was not ready and it was 20 minutes after I ordered online. This is getting worse and worse and worse. It's not just me in that feeling because I can tell other people feel the same way when they're standing there wondering where their order is as well. I could see if this was a one time fumble but the last three timed it's been this way.People, drive thru has priority here.So if you are not in a rush, this is a perfect spot for you.

First time visiting this location. Wanted to do the drive-thru but the line was extremely long and not moving so we decided to go in. We placed our ordered fairly quickly but the wait time was extreme. We waited roughly 20 minutes or so for two drinks and a wrap. The strawberry açaí was great. We order a Venti shaken espresso and it wasn't filled nearly to the top. I was advised because we requested light ice but regardless of the matter, the drink not look as if you ordered a lesser size drink. The Barista rectified the issue despite of.

I was out of town for the day and went to this location to get my favorite drink. I was the only customer there on a Saturday; that should have been my first clear. The barista by the name of Abby ignored me and tried to act as if she was busy. When she finally acknowledged my presence if that is what you want to call it. She stood at the cash register and just looked at me. Not once did she greet me. So I looked back at her and said are you taking orders? She mumbled something. No good morning. May I take your order...NOTHING. I ordered my drink but they were out of strawberries. Strike 2. I went ahead and ordered anyway. She made my order and then pushed it at me while her back was turned. Strike 3. I said. Absolutely not. Give me a refund now. No one turns that back on me and pushes food at me like I am trash. Another barista by the name of Amber came up and asked if she could help me. I said I needed a refund and told her that I had never been to a Starbucks and was not greeted or had a drink thrown in my direction. She apologized and gave me a refund. I left angry, humiliated, and still without my drink. This location should be investigated as I can see from the reviews that customer service is an issue at this location.

Today @ 11:48amWaited over 5 minutes in the drive through after ordering only to see barista joking and chatting while others were hustling. Had to wait for her to end her giggling and chatter for her to take my payment, didn't even say hello. Having a good time at work is ok but not when the drive through line its backed up and customer service suffering.

Walked in and everyone greeted me smiling!!! Smelled good. Wasnt too busy but i think drive thru had some orders. Well stocked and was clean, along with the restrooms seemed to be just scrubbed.First off the woman at the register helped me pick something different to get- I tried macadamia nut mixed white mocha in my iced coffee it was sooooo good btw. We had a genuine conversation and we were laughing and I felt like I was talking to someone I've known for a while when in reality I've never even met this person til today. I didnt even get her name but she was great and just seemed happy. I sat and used my phone for about 15 minutes and they were addressing all thr customers by name and had such great customer service. I was really Impressed.I am just passing thru visiting some family due to a loss in the family in Hampton but I'm glad I came to this Starbucks. It really gave off great energy and I hope they see this and smile. Thank you again for making my day , and brightening my mood.Tippy Fiarent

Ordered online so my order was WAY past ready but when I went in it was nowhere to be found. Even when I made the employees aware I had an order, nobody could give me it, they just kept working. After about 10 minutes of nothing I left without anything h because I was going to be late for work, so I had nothing for lunch. The employees need new training or they need new employees. Terrible service.
