Ordered 2 sandwiches one of which was an entirely different one than I ordered when I called to get my refund the woman on the phone said oh you can fix through the appAfter I already explained that the app terms said I have to contact the actual store its self for my refund and then she hung upI called again and tried to get a hold of a manager and she just told there won't be one until 5 at night

I put in an online order. It was confirmed. Also gave a tip for curbside pick-up. Order said received....preparing...Arrived at 515pm. Waiting in my car in front of the door. At 530pm it said ready. I selected the "I'm here" button with car description. A gentlemen stood behind the counter and watched me as if he was preparing an order since 515pm. He then came out at 540pm. He came to the car and said did you need something? I stated that I was picking up an order with my name and showed him my phone. He stated that they closed early today at 6 o'clock however the lights were on and the open sign was still on. My money was taken from my acct. He could have called prior to arrival. However he stated they were closed but he was fixing sandwiches behind the counter or what it appeared to be and watched me until my order said ready. He said he didn't get an order and doesn't have anything because they are closed. He starred at me and said I'm sorry. Then called someone and wrote a number down on a sheet of paper. Advised me to call a 1800 number because he is closed. This is my first and last time coming to this location. I even tipped!! I feel like a giftcard to come another day or refund at store was suitable...Unacceptable smh. Will be calling corporate for my refund!!

Both Google, and the app says this store closes at 10 pm daily. I placed an order thru the app and watched it progress before leaving to go to the store. I arrive at the store at 9:40(keep that time in mind) and walk in to the restaurant where the sandwich maker tell me they close at 9 o'clock. On top if that I was told my money wouldn't be refunded until tomorrow. Then I was given the runaround when ask if there was someone I could contact. Definitely took my last so no dinner tonight

So ghetto in here. Once they asked me to put the amount owed in the tip jar so they could picket the money. They are often drunk and playing over your food smh. Do better
I went here one day the guy that waited on me didn't look to clean,he had his mask just over his mouth it kept falling down and he kept pulling it up and the mask it self look dirty I threw the sub awayAfter thinking about it,I will never order any thing from here again,if you are wearing a mask it does no good to just put it over your mouth,it goes over the nose and mouth.?

Just came to get a sandwich only to find the door locked, an employee making herself a sandwich and refusing to let anyone order even though it's 3 hours before closing.She refused to give the owner's information. There was myself and at least one other customer standing there unable to get food. It was a redheaded female refusing to make food and she seemed to be a bit under the influence tbh.
