They purposely give you the wrong food and refuse to refund you your money. Do not stop here. I asked for 3 Doritos locos tacos nacho cheese for the shell add tomatoes. I’ll be disputing the charge. Check your order before driving off. Also my teacher said his stomach hurts everytime he tried to eat here so maybe it’s a good thing they can’t punch in a order correctly

I've never in my life seen such disgusting food been delivered I have this uber for a friend of mine and opened it to see what look like vomit or chewed up tacos.The food a long with the drink went right into the garbage i wouldn't even give it to a starving dog it was that bad.

Avoid this establishment. Besides the fact that it's overpriced (as with most fast food), I've often had long wait times in the drive thru and several times was given something other than what I ordered. Today it happened again and I decided to return and ask for a correction. Inside the store, when it was my turn to be assisted, the associate stared at me and just stood there, saying nothing for an awkwardly long time. I finally said "there's an issue with my drive thru order" and he cut me off to say he couldn't hear me (he was wearing an ear piece in one ear which made me think he might have a hearing impairment). So I speak again in a louder voice and the manager runs up and screams at me for "yelling" at her employee. No "sorry we got your order wrong and you had to come all the way back". Instead I get "YOURE NOT GONNA DO THAT IN HERE! you're not gonna treat my employee like that!" etc. Really? When I speak normally and someone says "I can't hear you," the implied request is "say that again louder." Maybe it does look like yelling to someone who didn't hear the first part and has no context (the manager), but how absurd to just start going off on customer, especially one who is already frustrated for good reason. They did correct my order, but I got bad service and was treated like crap, which makes coming here not worth it in any way.

They are always friendly and helpful to me. Plus Taco Bell has good quick American/Mexican food.❤
Taco Bell is pretty good although some of the quality has gone down. They still remain a good fast food option over the burgers. The classic combo is good, and when the KFC is stacked on top of Taco Bell. It's nice to have the 2 Mountain Dew exclusives. I do wish they had more flavors of dew. But all in all, I had a classic combo. And able to add-on. An additional item off the value menu. They aren't too bad If you're in a pension don't want a typical burger It's the typical fast food.
Due to it sharing the KFC crew, this experience is also bad. Slow orders, rude at times crew. If you're picking up, it's going to be upwards 30min wait. If you're getting it delivered, it's the same issue as KFC. Sometimes cold food due to the long wait.
