I had a pleasant experience when I dined here. I ordered the brisket, pulled pork, and smoked wings. I had two drinks (margaritas). Everything was great! Crystal was my server and she was very patient, attentive, and made some excellent recommendations!!! She made my experience more enjoyable and pleasant!!!

I'm pissed and writting this 45 minutes later doesn't stop my anger. 1. Missing my fries. 2. Said I would get bottled water with my order and didn't offer any other drink choice except red bull for a 2.50 upcharge. 3. Didn't get bottled water only offered tap water. 4. Look at how tiny my burger was for 12.60 no drink or fries included. Burger was dry, smushed, and I'm still hungry. This was a bait and switch. Ordered on door dash and "the burger experience" isn't even a real restaurant it's smoke bones in disguise. The host was exceptional but I'm not ordering again and WONT change my mind about it.

Came on a Saturday night with my wife was told the wait was going to be 45 minutes and I was going to receive a text message when our table was ready an hour past still no text message so we proceeded to go inside to see what's going on with the table a couple that walked in before us was seated immediately when we was told it was a 45 minute wait the host that told us that still didn't acknowledge us at all very rude food came out slow and cold would recommend to never eat at this establishment

So my husband and I came here to eat for our valentines dinner! From start I thought we were gonna have a great night! The manager seated us she was very pleasant! We waited 30minutes after b4 being acknowledged by anyone who happened to be the manager cause our server seemed to be new and the manager had to tell her to take care of us! We waited a hour for our food..only 2 cooks In the kitchen is what we were told after I asked about the wait! Shortly after our food came! 1 they forgot the gravy for my potatoes 2 they forgot my hot wings! 3 the food was Luke warm witch made me very unhappy..now I understood they were short handed but for me to wait fir warm to cold food..my pulled chicken was dry and the bread was kinda soggy cause they had the pulled chicken on top of it! I talked to the Manger she said she could have it remade but it would e another 20 minutes and she would make our order 1st priority! But who wants to wait longer 4 hot food when I should've been hot from the start as long as we waited for our food! Extremely disappointed especially when I just had a bad experience at another restaurant just before coming to this one! Me saying disappointed is just me being kInd!

Danielle was the BEST server I have ever had!!! It was my grandmothers birthday, we were super unorganized & Danielle was super flexible with us which is so appreciated. She was so kind and consistent with making sure we had everything we needed. She NEEDS a pay raise ! From the moment she approached the table to the moment she left it was 10/10 service.

I haven't ate here in a while, so I decided to order takeout. I ordered the any two favorites with lemonade. I chose the 1/4 bbq chicken, jalapeño cheddar sausage, creamy coleslaw, and broccoli. It also came with a roll. The chicken was small, but of course, it's 1/4. The sausage was dripping with oil and the broccoli was soft and salty. I wouldn't order from here again.

We had the best experience here recently during our visit. The food, atmosphere and service was excellent. Servers were friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly so was the manager, Los, when he was checking if everything was to our liking and satisfaction. Would definitely come back again and recommend to all friends and family!
Food is always good. Location is clean and the staff cordial. We went after lunch would have been over and did not feel rushed.

The food is really good. I tried the loaded baked potato (sans sour cream and cheese) and it was delicious! The honey bourbon chicken breast is a must try...the sauce is sweet, but not too sweet. Their Memphis dry rub wings are amazing! I also like their salad dressings...the bacon vinaigrette is my fave. The service is decent. He checked on us and brought the food out in a paced order. They have a bar area along with plenty of tables and booths. It's a great place to grab something a little different to as they have donuts on the menu.

I waited over an hour for the rest of my food while half my order sat on the counter getting cold and wet. I placed the order for pickup for 6pm for a birthday, I didn't leave till after 7pm. I didn't like having to reheat my food when I got home. I asked to speak to a manager, but I guess there isn't one there

Food was mediocre beer was flat and just wasn't great I went on a Tuesday evening and waited 45 minutes to sit at the bar which was empty

I ordered the bbq nachos as a appetizer, 1/2 rack of signature ribs, mac and cheese, beans, and bbq chicken as my premium side. bbq nachos were a 2/10 because the melted cheese on top was very tough like it had been sitting out for a while, ribs were 6.5/10 charred but seasoned well, mac and cheese was a 4/10 considering the fact that the cheese wasn't melted really and it wasn't seasoned well, the beans were 7/10, a little over seasoned, the bbq chicken was the best 9/10. In the bathroom all of the toilets were filled with urine and toilet paper, and there were no locks on one of the doors. my water i ordered tasted like sink water. i do not recommend, unless you have a empty bladder & just bbq chicken is on your mind.
