We went into the Cove for lunch on Sunday. They had some larger parties after church so we decided to sit at the bar. Mindy took care of us and was amazing. Very friendly, attentive, and gave us recommendations. The manager, Torrie came out and was helping the staff as needed and spoke to us and multiple other guests in the restaurant. We had the wings, chicken quesadilla, and the cubano sandwich. Everything was delish! I would recommend and will be back! My only regret was not taking pictures!

This place is just so expensive, and the food was just ok. The Chicken and waffle had was too much syrup on, so the waffle was so soggy. I couldn't finish most of the waffle. The apple pie filling on the side was way too sweet. But the chicken was tender, soft, and good.The wait staff felt like she was just there. She was not rude or anything but just did what she had to do and that's about it.Parking: Plenty of parking everywhere. Beautiful fountain.

Food could have been better, went there today ordered crab cake sandwich and told waitress fried. It came out broiled, requested fries be hot to accompany the sandwich when comes out. Sandwich was ok, fries were warm I didn’t make a fuss since I had to wait on another sandwich. Waitress lack customer service skills in my opinion.

I sat at the bar on the evening of 3/14/2024 and the bartenders did not pay much attention to their customers. They were more concerned with completing chores around the bar. They lacked engagement and friendliness. They brought me a box without me asking. I felt they were trying to rush me to leave the bar and it was only 910 PM. I will not be returning.

5 years ago they had it together here even up until maybe a year ago however everytime I've been lately it gets worse and worse. For starters I always get the same rude waitress, the food for the price has gone way down. I was just there on 1/19 with my daughters and a friend, my friend returned her entire meal (salmon) way undercooked and broccoli literally an entire head shoved into a bowl...over cooked. I ordered a salad and added chicken the raspberry vinaigrette, was extremely sour tasting and the chicken was undercooked it was so rubbery I couldn't even pull it apart with my fingers. Our rude waitress never apologized or offered anything else for my salad. My friend actually handed her her dish and said she didn't want it so of course she took that off of the bill. Sad that my bill was over $50 and I had to go to Salsas to eat a taco because I didn't eat and was hungry. We have decided we won't be back for a long while since our experience has only worsened with each visit. I'll choose to spend my money elsewhere.Original review July 2018:Went here to celebrate my dad's 60th birthday, I was able to make a reservation for 11 the same day, which happened to be a Friday night.Once we arrived we were seated right away, our waitress was wonderful, service was fast and the food was delicious! They even allowed us to bring in our own cake. I will definitely be returning.

I need to update this after we have tried Cove again. I’m not sure what has changed, but sadly the food and service has gone to hell in the past 8 months. They might get a good chef and staff again.This is our 3rd time eating here and again, incredibly happy!! My husband had the flank steak and it was spectacular!! I had the Mahi with mango salsa and it too was perfect!The staff and food are great!

Do not under any circumstances get a “wine locker” at The Cove.Your wine will be stolen or switched out and the management makes excuses and makes you feel at fault.From the beginning my experience has been a nightmare, a year later I didn’t renew and I do not recommend anyone to sign up for the wine locker.I just got back into the states this weekend and checked the bottles of wine that my husband picked up from the cove.The amount of bottles are correct however that is not my wine, I had different bottles of wine...these wines were gifted to me by my colleagues and were from different countries.Since the beginning, getting a locker at the cove was a stressful experience and a complete disaster!I have been patient and understanding... I don't understand why I had such issues with a wine locker at the cove but I have never had this kind of treatment anywhere. I sure hope I wasn't targeted for any reason.Extremely unprofessional...Cove needs professional management ASAP!

Great band. Decent atmosphere, although the shape of the restaurant puts the band into a slot that is at a bit of an angle. We bad a terrible server. We got a server, Abrionne P, who just didn't want to serve us for some reason. When we got half our food, we were not given utelsils. We had to track down another server to get then so that we could eat our food that was getting cold sitting there. We could see the whole restaurant, we were her only table. We were able to get one of the other servers to fill our drinks, but the next server's idea of helping was to track down the absent server. Very odd. If I go back I'll eat before I arrive.

My Friends and I sat at the bar and it was an average to below average experience. Drinks were basic and the Bartender and Manager barely speak to you and just talk to each other behind the bar. The food was pretty good.After eating and closing my original tab. I bought a couple more drinks totally 30 dollars. To later look at my bank statement and see someone wrote a 25 dollar tip on my receipt after I gave them an 10 dollar tip. This is illegal but I won’t make a big deal about it. Just proves that I will not be coming back to once one of my favorite establishments.

I ordered chicken Alfredo. The bread was to hard to bite, the chicken was seasoned good but it was dry as well as the pasta. I sent it back and ordered wings and fries which was better. The only thing is by the time she brought the fries out the chicken was about gone. They did discount me for the inconvenience, and that was appreciated.
