Me and my wife were standing at the register and the girl was more interested in talking and laughing with her coworkers that we just blurted out our order and if looks could kill I would not be writing this. Food and drinks are always good. But customer service could use some retraining.

The staff here is absolutely amazing. They now remembered by face and name when I do an online order. Kiara, Ray , Michelle , Angel and Alesa are always on the shifts I go in and again are absolutely amazing!

Not sure what’s going on at this particular location but the smoothies are hit & miss. Sometimes they are good & sometimes they aren’t. I wonder if sometimes they are adding too much ice because sometimes it’s watered down tasting. And the young girl that rang me up today (no name tag) was super rude. Even saw her be rude to another customer. Girl if you hate your job so much, quit.

Nothing but good things to say about this Tropical Smoothie. Even when the mall is super busy because of all the holiday shopping, the employees here were fast and whipped up a delicious smoothie! The smoothie I ordered isn't on the menu, Sunny Day, but they still allow me to get it. They smoothie was blended perfectly and tasted great.

Great options and always with a healthy twist. There's nothing unhealthy on the menu but they don't make healthy food taste bland. Everything is very flavorful and the smoothies are a great addition to your meal. Whoever pitched the idea of this restaurant was a genius.
I went to a Tropical Smoothie at a different location nearby and saw someone pay with cash. Went in to this location to purchase a gift card and I guess they were confused, because there were 6 people working and they were all giving each other looks and apparently you can only buy a gift card with cash? Said I would run back to my car as it was parked out front and then they said they don’t accept cash. 1 star.

My smoothie didn’t taste anything like I wanted it to and when I asked them to remake it the girls argued over whose shift it was and then when she came up to the counter she was just like “ yeah we can’t remake that“ she refused to remake it and I was super kind about it and I just threw my smoothie away when I left.

Better than the one in Hampton even though it’s a lot smaller. Food takes a while and is on the pricey side but it’s worth it.

I was refused service at 5:50. I understand you close at 6 but it’s a mall at least put the gates down or something. It’s just a smoothie place it was a lot of co workers they could’ve just served me instead of having me walk in and view the menu just to tell me “were closed”. If you were closed the doors would be locked.
