Just trash now. I used to love them months ago. I cannot tell you the amount of money I have spent there. But now, it’s just trash. The young guy they have working there has terrible customer service skills. He makes the smoothies where it’s a horrible soup consistency and no matter what, my order is always messed up from that store. I am over it and will not be spending another dime there.

First of all, I would patronize this location very often, as I work close by . Today, I placed an online order for an avacolada . When I reached my car, my avacolada tasted like watermelon. I called and spoke with a manager who advised me to bring it back.... I came in after work with a full cup ......He (the owner) opens up the top and begins to argue with me about it. There's no watermelon in there. I know what I taste and see. He begins to try and debate with me about what I taste. Can you believe that? I couldn't. I was totally shocked by his customer service, He (the owner)was unpleasant and made me feel uncomfortable debating on how there's no watermelon..... I stated I did not come to argue. A replacement was made with chunks of ic in it and needless to say it was thrown out Avacolada's are one of the higher priced smoothies and this was definitely made with disdain.....I love Avacolada's. I will always order never from this location. #mostdisappointed

I don’t really want to give ANY STARS. Second time within a week I have gone to this location and I still had CHUNKS of ice in my smoothie. The prices at this location are WAY HIGHER than the other locations and they USE to offer a military discount. Won’t be going back
The worst tropical smoothie I ever been to. Will never go back again. The manager was really rude. My chitople wrap was the worst with old lettuce and no chitople sauce. Tried calling the corporate office but couldn't get through. Will pass the news to everyone I know that may come to this location. If I could give a negative 10 I would.

Good foodUpdate 7/13 went there today for a chipotle flatbread wrap today they get 1 star so I can have later on for lunch it's my lunch time now I finally opened my food I found hair on my wrap I will not be returning I was really hungry too now I loss my appetite they really need to Normalize wearing hair nets while working around food. Smh use common sense can't stand them foreigners ??

I would not recommend this location to no one. From reading the reviews here, they are doing an awful job. But what took me, how do you NOT accept your own tropical smoothie cafe gift card. As hard as times are right now, it's truly a blessing when someone gives you money via gift card. I should've just left the food there & walked off but I was on a limited lunch with no time to take my business elsewhere. But you best believe I will NEVER spend another dime here and music in the park starts up next week &I would order from here whenever I was attending but NOT going to happen this year. I wonder do the corporate headquarters know you do NOT accept your own gift cards, I'm going to find out. ?
