I have only been twice the the service is awful they forgot to put my promotion code in and then wouldn't refund me and kept my receipt saying I can get the discount when I come back like why keep my receipt??

I gotten 2 smoothies and a kids one as well, which were great! But the wraps are always inconsistent. One day it’s good the next it’s not. Some days the wraps are the size of an actual wrap and others it’s a mini kids bite size burrito. But this particular time that I went was by far the worst. The rice was EXTREMELY salty, to the point we’re I couldn’t even finish eating the wrap. Great for smoothies not food.

Don't ever get the chicken caeser wrap! They barely put any chicken in it, so it is basically a wrap of lettuce, tomato, cheese, and caeser. Complete waste of money! I could make it at home for not even a fourth of the price.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cashier even remembered me coming in earlier that week and suggested to download the App. Which she helped with... awesome service.But the real star of the show was the smoothies. Oh, my goodness, they were absolutely fantastic! I tried their Sunrise Sunset smoothie, and it was like a tropical paradise in a cup. The flavors were so well-balanced, and you could tell that only the freshest ingredients were used. It was the perfect blend of creamy and fruity, leaving me craving for more. I don't know the young man's name yet, but he makes one hell of a smoothie.The staff was not only knowledgeable about their menu, but also genuinely passionate about helping customers make the best choices. They took the time to explain the different ingredients and recommend options based on my taste preferences – a level of service that truly exceeded my expectations.I left Tropical Smoothie feeling rejuvenated, energized, and with a big smile on my face. They stopped serving food way before they closed while I saw them handing out food to door dashers. They clearly didn’t want to go back and make a chicken wrap. Absolutely terrible and do not recommend

Cashier didn't give af. Put our smoothies out on the counter without calling my name. It wasn't until I see people that ordered after me getting their food did I go over and see the window off to the side where my smoothies were sitting and where the cashier girl was eating. I said hey, would have been nice for you to let me know my stuff was ready and she ignored me. Won't be back.

The staff here sucks. I came here to pick up a group order for the staff at my job and the team members always seem to have some sort of attitude, as I was waiting for my order a young lady asked for the wait time of her online order and she ignored her twice. I also came the day before and wasn’t greeted or anything upon walking in, everyone just seems to hate their job.

We were unsure if we were able to get ginger shots here and when we asked they said that they were but also looked at us as if we were stupid or confused. So when we got our smoothies, they tossed a small container of ginger pieces at me and gave me a disgusting look and walked away.
