Restaurant is well-lit and very clean inside, gives off a much better atmosphere than the other nearby establishments. Ordered through the app so prices remain the same. Only real complaint I have is that it is easy to miss the left turn into the restaurant but you cannot really control that so it does not count against them.They are also open a bit later than other Wendy's nearby so that is a huge plus if you work late or have midnight cravings.

I never have had a bad experience at this Wendy’s however the last 2 times i have gone was awful. Wait 20+ minutes just to order at the speaker then being out of all zero sugar sodas seems crazy to me but i guess could happen, when i paused to think about what other drink option i could get the lady said hello Rudely then i get up to the window and she was standing there on her phone the entire time and then i was asked to pull around to the other side of the building to again wait for my food for another 15 minutes. I wasn’t going to worry about it as they could have just been having an off night at the store then tonight happened.Tonight on the other hand we waiting 20 minutes to get to the speaker with only 3 cars infront of us. Got to the window was told to wait to order waited another 20 min atThe speaker and i said hello and the guy said yes i can take your order immediately was absolutely ridiculous he had us wait to order untill he had no line for his window.

This Wendy's always has us pull around to the other side of the building to get our order so that they can push people through the drive-through faster. It's already a hassle given how their parking lot is shaped and how crowded and awkward that system is when they have multiple cars do that... Last time we were there, we were 1 of 3 cars told to pull around at the same time, and we ended up with the wrong order. :(

This particular Wendy's refuses to make a sandwich the way they advertise! One strip of lettuce, and one piece of bacon on a jr Bacon Cheeseburger! It's ridiculous how cheap , and stingy they are with food we are paying for, never do I ever get what I pay for, their baconator sandwichs nevee have bacon! The manager needs to address their crew! Because it's bad service!
