Grown men yelling at the window very bizarre behavior embarrassed for them this is where you’re at in life. Senior staff encouraging them on and young teenagers standing picking nose in window. What in gods name is going on at this Wendy’s lol. Trashiest place I’ve ever seen. Do better

Decided to stop here on my lunch break..Went through the drive-thru & young lady on the other end of the speaker had an attitude..The guy at the window taking the money looked all weird in the face when I asked him for extra salt and ketchup..The guy who handed me my bag of food was gritting on me like we had beef (mind you never seen this guy b4) and they didn't want to give me my drink & I ordered a combo which obviously comes with a drink right..lShut Em Down..

Probably the absolute worst fast food establishment I have ever encountered. Manager seemed to be getting high in the (filthy) ladies' room. Men's room was filthy, and also the door to the men's room won't close. Buger had to be remade because it was folded over somehow, and the high AF manager saw no problem with it. Other employees were also visibly high and completely flummoxed by the order. No napkins, trash everywhere. And then they closed the store while we were eating in the middle of the afternoon. Truly remarkably, amazingly bad. My family will be making jokes about it until the end of time.

Every Wendy's around here has lost all quality. The people in charge are not doing a good job; MOST of the people they hire appear to dislike when customers arrive.I'm done trying to eat at any Wendy's on this side of the James River.

I went here at around 2 pm on the day of this review and when I pulled up to the window, these disrespectful workers decided to make fun of my looks, calling me “something off of bugs life”… One even got an attitude with me and asked what did I order in a rude manner. I don’t know what I did to deserve such treatment but y’all don’t gotta worry about seeing me here again.

Everything about this experience was unpleasant and the attitudes of the staff were just as nasty as the restaurant (with the exception of one manager). I normally go through the drive through and am often met with rude attitudes, missing food that was paid for, cold fries, or even somehow paying for the wrong car’s food. Today, I decided to go inside because the drive-through line was longer than desired and the lobby appeared almost empty. Inside, there was not an option to have a real person take my order….kiosk only. Since I was paying with cash, the screen directed me to go to the counter to pay. I proceeded to the only other counter in the store, which was the same one where the customers were handed their food. The employee standing there, as I approached, walked past me and when I turned around he was at the exact counter that I had just left, not saying anything, but just standing there, so I had to walk back over there. Later, as he was bagging the food, he was just wandering around with the items. Then sat the fries and burger on the counter and then said the potato was still in the oven and it would be another 5 minutes, even though it was longer. After waiting even longer, I mentioned to the manager that the fries in the bag were now cold. She grabbed the bag and tossed it on the dirty counter behind her. Everyone in the restaurant seemed to be ok with just wandering around with food items in their hands, rather than leaving it at the food station. At one point, I asked for my money back and the manager said “ok,” but then proceeded to offer a rude comment. Even asking for the location of the cups was met with rudeness. There was food allllllll over the floor, just laying around on many dirty surfaces, someone’s keys…yes keys… were sticking in the unwrapped/uncovered sliced cheese, sauce was dripping down the wall, all the trash cans were overflowing, and the list goes on. Just filthy. Pictures also posted to show the filth. This visit was just money and time wasted, because I couldn’t even bring myself to eat out of this establishment. I hope training on good customer service and maintaining a clean establishment are in order and coming soon. I will absolutely not be returning!

Wendys is supposed to provide seniors with a 10% discount, but the person at the drive-thru did not honor it. This is where leadership does not fully inform their staff workers of new actions allowed by the franchise.

This location used to be good. However, over the last few years, they have chosen to lock their dining room doors significantly prior to their listed closing time. You heard me right, officially, their dining room is open, but in reality, the door is locked. Sounds like the staff don't want to work. Fix this problem or fire the lazy staff who are doing this.
