Someone needs to start random drug testing on their employees. One guy was so stoned coming into work that we had to tell him more than 5 times that we were missing food from our bags and what we were missing. When we finally got the missing food, it was literally dripping with grease, leaking through the napkins and bag. Extremely disappointing. This used to be a good restaurant for a quick bite. Now it's run by druggies that couldn't make a decent munchy food if they tried.

It's an average Wendy's, there's nothing special about it but also nothing too wrong with it. The ordering area is kind of small and the touchscreens are too close together. There's a small wall to divide this area with the dining area. The bathroom was okay but there were no paper towels, so I had to use napkins. There are a lot of drinks missing from the machine since it's one of those with one nozzle and a touchscreen (a lot of flavors were not able to be chosen). The standard drinks were available like Coca-Cola and Fanta. The dining area was fairly clean, but it looked like some furniture was missing.

Don't even think about ordering via the app from this location. It will be fine until it isn't, and then it will be very bad. It has taken 5 weeks to resolve an online order that was paid for but they wouldn't fulfill. 5 weeks and 3 separate phone calls. They took my money wouldn't give me my order yet it took FIVE weeks to be vindicated. I'll be never darken the doors of this particular location. The food is great, if they could just pair it with average or mediocre service it would be okay. Corporate or franchise should be no factor in being "virtually robbed" for 5 weeks. Un-friggin-believable!
